The continuous flow is a Vacation House dream, from the front of the house you can see all the way to the back to the Great Room, which has a giant leather sectional, 2 swivel chairs, leather ottoman, 75 inch smart TV, a gaming/puzzle nook and double slider doors that lead out to the extensive back patio, new hot tub and custom firepit area with chairs for everyone. The most unique feature is our Garage Game Room that has front and back garage doors, so you will always have a place to play, rain or shine, and looks over 100 acres of community green space which you can enjoy both in the front and back of the house. Also on the first floor is the "Sailboat" Guest Room with a Queen bed and across from that bedroom is a Full Bathroom with walk in shower.Upstairs you will find a massive Master Suite we call "Rustic Oasis" that looks over both the front and back landscape, French doors, a new King bed, 2 large closets, a spa inspired Master Bath, water closet and amazing whirlpool tub with backyard views.
