I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

C'est un endroit idéal si vous souhaitez visiter la région pittoresque car il est à distance de marche de l'entrée principale. Cependant, vous avez besoin de 10 minutes de marche dans la direction opposée pour accéder aux restaurants. La chambre était assez grande avec des lits de style tatami. Ils ont un service de navette depuis l'aéroport, ce qui est génial étant donné que l'aéroport est à environ 90-100 km avec des routes venteuses. Le service était rapide et attentionné, mais tous les comptoirs de réception ferment après 22 heures et il n'y a personne au comptoir le soir. Je suppose que c'est bien étant donné que c'est une petite ville. Obtenez vos services et questions requis avant le dîner. Dans l'ensemble, bon séjour. Le hall dispose d'un immense coin salon avec de l'eau en bouteille et des biscuits fournis.

This was my first time visiting Songpan and as a foreigner, I was super grateful and thankful for the service and hospitality at Songpan No.1 courtyard. Zeng went above and beyond to help me as I didn’t speak any Chinese, she helped me (with the help of a translation app), with transportation, activities and fun bicycle ride to the bus stop. Without Zeng, it would have been difficult to navigate in/out of the city and being a solo traveller, Zeng made sure to check-in. I highly recommend foreigners to stay at this accomodation. As for the hotel- it is situated in the ancient city. There are restaurants/ shops all within walking distance. The Songpan bus station is about 10min walk. The building itself is heritage but it is new and modern on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. It is a smart room- talks to you when you enter and smart bathroom too. Bed was super comfy, plush and new, perfect after a long hike. Thank you again Zeng and the hotel team. Will never forget your kindness.

L'hôtel n'est pas loin du site pittoresque. La dame nous a contactés à l'avance et avait une voiture pour venir nous chercher à temps. La réponse du service a été très rapide. La première impression est que l'environnement de l'hôtel est très confortable. le quartier n'est pas occupé mais il y a des plats à emporter et des taxis. La chambre est équipée du système de téléphone intelligent Xiaoai, j'étais trop fatigué quand je suis rentré à l'hôtel le soir et j'ai directement commandé de la nourriture via WeChat pour qu'elle soit livrée dans la chambre. Je n'ai pas connu les sources chaudes parce que j'étais trop fatigué et je me suis endormi directement. Je recommande vivement ce service et il est très rentable~.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality I received from the staff—especially Ms. Hong Mei. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home. Her genuine care and professionalism truly stood out and added a personal touch to my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy stay with top-notch service!

Surclassement gratuit dans une chambre au dernier étage avec vue sur la montagne. C'est calme et hygiénique. Ça fait du bien d'ouvrir les rideaux et de profiter des montagnes et des arbres pendant la journée. Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié, notamment les nouilles au bœuf fraîchement préparées et le riz au poulet. des nouilles dont on ne se lasse jamais, ainsi qu'une variété de desserts, de boissons et de fruits Génial ! L'hôtel dispose d'un service de majordome. Si vous avez des questions, vous pouvez les envoyer au majordome via WeChat à tout moment et ils les résoudront. Une fois que j'ai oublié d'apporter ma carte de chambre, le majordome Ouyang a émis une nouvelle carte et l'a envoyée. directement à moi au restaurant, ce qui m'a évité de faire des allers-retours et m'a fait gagner du temps. 超預期，超預期，超預期，去馬爾康的都給我沖這個酒店，酒店房間很大，床品很舒服，應該算是馬爾康比較好的酒店了！五一期間沒漲價，就沖這個良心都值得沖，快捷酒店的價格，五星級酒店的配置！

L'hôtel est considéré comme luxueux. Il semble avoir été rénové depuis environ 18 ans et ressemble à un hôtel cinq étoiles. Mais cela ne veut pas dire que les vieux hôtels sont nécessairement mauvais, mais celui-ci présente quelques problèmes. Principalement le ménage, ce qui est épouvantable. Il y avait beaucoup de petits insectes comme des fourmis qui rampaient autour de la porte et dans le coin de la salle de bain. J'en ai écrasé plusieurs à mort, et il y en avait bien d'autres, alors j'ai dû faire semblant de ne pas les voir. Il a même tué un petit scarabée. Il y avait aussi de nombreux insectes morts au sol qui n'avaient pas été nettoyés. Sur le sol de la salle de douche, en prenant un bain, il y avait beaucoup de saletés floculantes flottant dans l'eau sur le sol en mosaïque. Apparemment celui-ci n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis plusieurs jours. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux B&B dans des conditions médiocres et je n'ai jamais rencontré cette situation. C'est tellement difficile à comprendre ! Les serveurs de la réception dans le hall sont bien formés et fournissent un service standard et poli, digne d'éloges. Le jardin à l'extérieur du bâtiment est très beau et il y a un parking gratuit à l'extérieur du bâtiment. En face de la porte se trouve la station de téléphérique de Huanglong. C'est très pratique de vivre ici.
