整體入住體驗還可以，房間很大，視野很好，工作人員都非常的熱情，前台的回覆專業且及時，還有下午的迎賓水果也比較精緻。温泉票需要單另買，游泳也是，但是室內水非常乾淨，好評。 説一下有待提升的點把，沒有乾洗及熨燙服務；minibar裏的飲料看着舊舊的，種類比較少，衹有3款；遺憾餐廳沒有送餐服務，衹能點外賣，酒店工作人員會送上來；午餐有火鍋和套餐，火鍋的肉卷中規中矩；早餐種類確實豐富，但是切片吐司和馬卡龍都有點硬，味道不是很好。 價格算是在山西五星比較高的了吧，既然定位度假型酒店，那麼相關的配套應該跟上才對，開業才一年左右，還需要很多完善和提升的地方，真心希望能做好，有着一日做成山西自己的‘‘clubmed‘’。

A really beautiful place to stay in the quiet mountains of Wutaishan. The hotel was tastefully appointed and the room I had was very spacious and comfortable. There was a Marshall speaker which was a really nice touch. The services were super attentive and personal: Manager Chen and his team were very friendly and highly accommodating. They made sure that I had everything I needed for my daily expeditions, drove me to all the temples and monasteries (within reasonable distances of course) that I wanted to visit every morning and picked me up in the evening back to the hotel. My stay there was so lovely that I extended it for two more days, which was still far from enough! The hotel restaurant was also very nice. Food was of superior quality and the ambience was lovely.
