The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices!
Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service.
We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location!
A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!
We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

C'est l'hôtel le mieux de Zhangjiakou, près du gouvernement municipal, assez grand pour pouvoir prendre toutes sortes d'activités. Le service de Xiao Xiaokou sur la réception est particulièrement attentif, la chambre est large et lumineuse, et le soleil chaud de l'hiver est très chaud à travers la fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est également très riche et les serveurs sont très enthousiastes. Le repas de l'auberge est également très raffiné. Le bureau de la Grande Montagne de la rivière est très agréable! La prochaine fois, la première option, est recommandée à cinq étoiles!

前台幫忙升級了湖景房，房間特別大，還有一個大陽台，正對樓下的湖，有山有水，景色不錯。樓下車庫車位充足。
房間温度可以自己設定，五一來的話到了晚上外面接近0度，但是屋內温度很暖和。
全日餐廳早晨品種豐富，有三部咖啡機，早上喝咖啡終於不用排隊了。自製了一個火腿雞胸三明治，味道很好。還有餛飩，湯麪可以選擇。酒店中餐廳價格不貴。
位置很方便，去翠雲山森林公園開車十幾分鍾，門口就是水上樂園和汽摩公園。站在陽台上就能看到空中漂流。點外賣也很方便，前台就有外賣桌。
就是淡季酒店親子活動為0，衹能當人民幣玩家了。
管家雅茹的安排很周到，有問題響應也很快。

幾年以前曾經入住過這家酒店，家人都很滿意，所以再次來到張家口還是選擇入住這裏，怎麼説呢，感覺服務沒有那麼熱情了，房間的廁所馬桶蓋上還有沒有擦凈的尿漬，還好配備了消毒紙巾，自己擦了，套上了一次性馬桶套才敢用。房間的遙控器躺在床上不能用，要距離電視近一些才有反應，體重秤也不能用…唉。設施是有的但就是差了那麼一點點。

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but the room wasn’t ready until 7pm, I had to request the manager and only then did they give us our room key. The pool, one of the reasons I wanted to go to this hotel was very small and not worth it. Maybe during the snowy season it might be fine but I don’t plan on staying in a Marriott again. Not a real four star hotel, not worth the money.
They did offer me free breakfasts for the inconvenience but even that was a sub par experience.

IInvité這是我們姐妹多年後再一次去旅行，很幸運能在青普懷來行館度過。至少是好友去了青普土樓強力推薦的。從預訂前跟客服杉菜諮詢就能感覺他們的服務水平卓越，杉菜回答既專業又親切。讓我來之前已經充滿期待。
來到後我們的管家曉曼無微不至，所有大小事都安排妥當並人性化，很喜歡她笑容可掬、很熱情很我們介紹行館的歷史。走在這個行館裏真的有種去了歐洲的感覺。聽着風聲、聞着花草味，很愜意。度假期間碰上有人辦婚禮，花園裝飾起來好夢幻！
菜餚精美，能夠吃到食物本身的鮮味，每一頓都吃得好撐啊～ 服務員都很細心，也跟我們互動交流，很真誠！
青普的文藝活動好認真、好好玩。我們能夠感受到銀老師、雙老師對於文化的熱愛。作為一個對中國歷史文化認知比較匱乏的我來説，真的受益良多。活動非常好玩，還帶走了自己的作品。最後的濕版攝影真的是完美了結束了我們的旅程。
離開的時候，行李都幫我們放好，還準備了瓶裝水和水果給我們。佩服團隊對待每位客人如此無微不至。

儲物空間足，除了衣櫃屋裡還有掛衣服的地方這點非常好，第一天到店正趕上下雨，這樣潮乎乎的衣服不用放衣櫃裏面悶着，幫大忙了！
房間給的一次性拖鞋屬於相對厚實的，這點非常滿意，很多酒店的拖鞋太薄了，沒法穿。
客房放了足夠的瓶裝水，電梯間還有可以自取的，真的非常方便，對於喝水大户來説相當友好，可以自取就不用麻煩客房服務送過來，適合i人~出門也能隨手拿一瓶補充水分。
住了兩晚，感覺很安靜，可以睡個好覺。
每天客房管家會送酸奶和銀耳羹，有問題打前台電話會第一時間解決，服務真的很好！
嘗試了客房點餐，牛肉麪很好吃，所以第二天又點了，哈哈！
早餐體感欠佳，節假日人很多但座位少，都是大餐桌，沒有小桌子，大家衹能都擠在一起吃，翻枱比較慢，想早出門的時候可能需要等位~
總體非常滿意，超預期了，下次來張家口還會入住！

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel provides for your every need, from free transport to and from the station and two of the nearby ski resorts (Thaiwoo and Genting) to the sumptuous breakfast every morning. Even laundry was free! Room service is prompt and the whole place is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient. In the winter, the well-insulated rooms are a godsend. The shower works well, and there is a bathtub. We couldn't believe the value for money was so amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

IInvitéJe suis retourné au Crowne Plaza Huailai. L'accueil était toujours aussi chaleureux. La réception a également eu la gentillesse d'aménager une chambre supplémentaire au même étage. Merci beaucoup. Cette année, l'hôtel a ajouté des espaces extérieurs pour les enfants. Dommage que la température ait chuté brutalement ce week-end et que je n'aie pas pu m'amuser. Le parc aquatique intérieur et l'aire de jeux pour enfants sont toujours aussi appréciés des enfants. Le buffet de fondue chinoise du soir est également excellent et varié. Je reviendrai cet été et j'espère que de nombreux nouveaux projets verront le jour.

IInvitéPrès de 40 degrés de coolité à Beijing, il est bon d'avoir un manteau ici. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très bien hygiéniques, les types de petit déjeuner sont riches, il est également très pratique de transmettre des camions et de la voiture de baignade qui rentre à la gare. Merci particulièrement au vice-président de l'atelier Wang Ligar pour avoir reçu une lettre de micro et vous pouvez communiquer à tout moment.
Cette fois, il y a une chambre de ski dans les montagnes, et la fenêtre est une belle zone de ski de pétrole vert.
