One of the best hotels we have ever stayed! Gorgeous place with beautiful rooms. The service was perfect from start to finish all orchestrated by Ann. Special thanks as well to Kaveri for playing well with our son, Rohit from the restaurant team, Phung and Naiaika. It was a memorable experience

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.

It was a great stay at a great place. Exceeding all our expectations. The hotel itself is an oasis in a big city. We felt comfortable and safe. The property itself is in a very good condition, smells history on the one side, but everything is up-to-date and renewed, on the other. The restaurant and the bar are very nice, the menu is quite big and you can choose anything up to your taste, and the staff is very mature and professional. We would love to come back next time with our children.

We absolutely loved our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur! The staff are so amazing. The grounds and mountains right next door are pretty and it's just a first-rate place to stay for sure! Beautiful place! Great quality of everything and great standards for Westerners. The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world. This is more of a palace retreat, also, not just a hotel. We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend. I do have a tip - go in a 'Grand Villa'. The Palace suite (what it says I stayed in), is gorgeous but the villas are even better and not that much difference in price. We stayed 2 nights at Leela Palace Jaipur and experienced both room types. The photos online on the Leela website are accurate.  We ate at the buffet restaurant, Sukh Mahal. It was nice. The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).  It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that. jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area. It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I totally recommend. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy. We took an Uber to the Leela Palace and that was a huge mistake. Pay the extra for the hotel car! Most of the cars we were in in Jaipur had no seatbelt in the back middle seat, and two other cars didn't have seatbelts in the back at all. Just trust us. Just make sure they take you to the right airport. The driver was great but dropped us off at domestic terminal, which is 3km or so from the international one, and you have to take an Uber to get from each, so please make sure they understand which one (I thought it would be one airport).

The hotel staff services is friendly, helpful and excellent, especially during the check in and check out process and the ground floor restaurant’s staff. Overall, the room is clean and sufficient bottled water provided. A small problem is that the room is a bit old and need some refurbishment. I am very satisfied with the stay and my families are happy with it. Great hotel!

An unforgettable stay for my parents ' 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations. With the most welcoming, attentive and professional reception, headed by Ms Manali and Ms Tripti, that awaited us upon our arrival at Fairmont Jaipur and throughout our brief, yet most enjoyable stay. We were absolutely delighted by the high standard of cuisine and personal service we received at our several dinners at the Zarin Restaurant. Our food choices were attended to with both passion and dedication by restaurant staff, always with a happy smile.

Nous avons passé deux nuits ici, mes deux aînés, une fille et un fils. La chambre était assez grande. Les équipements étaient conformes à la norme pour ce type d'établissement. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très bon. Le buffet de Noël était merveilleux ! Le buffet du dîner était moyen. Je suggérerais de proposer davantage de plats non indiens (nous aimons la cuisine indienne, mais les épices peuvent être trop prononcées lors d'un long voyage en Inde…). L'expérience globale a été plutôt agréable, je recommande et je reviendrai.

Good Location and Food, but Could Improve for International Guests This hotel benefits from a convenient location and offers good food, which made my stay pleasant overall. Offering diverse options such as vegetarian, halal, or gluten-free meals, and including some international cuisine could enhance the experience for a wider range of visitors. Overall, a solid choice with room for improvement in accommodating the diverse palates of global travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.
