Hôtels 5 étoiles à Phnom Penh

I stayed at Steigenberger Phnom Penh during a recent business trip. The hotel is well suited for business travelers, with a comfortable room, reliable Wi-Fi, and a convenient working environment. The staff were professional and responsive throughout my stay. The location was also convenient for meetings and getting around the city. Overall, it was a pleasant and efficient stay, and I would consider returning for future business trips.

Tout est parfait ! Service impeccable, emplacement idéal, petits-déjeuners délicieux et une gamme complète de prestations. La magnifique salle de conférence, le vaste espace de travail et les pauses café sont particulièrement appréciés. Le domaine luxuriant est d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La grande piscine, le spa et la galerie d'art sur place promettent une expérience inoubliable. Alors, n'hésitez pas à rejoindre la liste de nos hôtes privilégiés.

Construit en 1927, l'hôtel conserve une élégance coloniale française, chaque détail témoignant de sa riche histoire. Au-delà de son luxe d'antan, le service de l'hôtel surpasse même celui des autres hôtels cinq étoiles internationaux. De l'esprit du personnel à ses expressions subtiles, les clients se sentent à l'aise, à l'aise et détendus. Mon mari et moi sommes arrivés pour notre anniversaire de mariage, et l'hôtel a décoré notre chambre avec soin et nous a même offert du vin, un gâteau et un dessert : une agréable surprise. Merci encore ! De plus, la situation centrale de l'hôtel permet d'explorer facilement les environs grâce à son service de tuk-tuk dédié. Le restaurant Royal, au premier étage, propose une fusion de cuisines cambodgienne et française. La cuisine est délicieuse et le service est exceptionnellement attentionné. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour ici et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui prévoient un voyage à Phnom Penh.

The overall experience at the hotel was excellent! The environment is elegant, and the hygiene is very well maintained — the corridors and rooms are spotless. The staff are very professional and always ready to help whenever there is a problem, with a very friendly attitude. The front desk lady was very warm and kindly introduced nearby attractions and local food, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is also very cost-effective — truly great value for money. Whether for business trips or travel, I will definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues and friends! 👍

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

Je suis extrêmement satisfait de la chambre et de l'environnement, qui est également très agréable. Je suis particulièrement satisfait du réceptionniste, Peter. Il est vraiment très gentil et peut m'aider en cas de problème. Il parle très bien chinois et est d'origine chinoise malaisienne.

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night. The hotel is perfectly situated near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I loved being so close to everything!”

Un hôtel très agréable et spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur le Mékong. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu limité, probablement en raison du faible nombre de clients, mais le choix était suffisant. Il faut compter 20 à 30 minutes en tuk-tuk pour traverser le fleuve. Le personnel était très aimable et toujours serviable. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Un excellent séjour. L'hôtel bénéficie d'une situation idéale, à proximité de l'aéroport, et le paysage environnant est magnifique. Les équipements de l'hôtel étaient en bon état de fonctionnement et faciles d'utilisation. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon.

Excellent location front desk people are trying to be helpful but have not too much idea about the city or oi not understand it. Try to get a ferry boat but was completely misled. All in all a great great location would go there anytime again.
