For the hot tub : We just got a new heater for the spa, since due to the high cost of propane, additional fees for heating will be $50 for first two hours( minimum two hours) and after that each hour will be $20, If you use continuously for more than 20 hours, you will receive a 60% discount, and a deposit of $500 will be required for this purpose. Please inform host at least one day early if you want to use the heated spa! Because someone needs to be in the property and turn on the heater at least one hour in advance to heat up and get the right temperature.13.
