All Reservations require 2-nights minimum except Holidays which require 3-nights minimum. Rental Agreement is required to be completed & submitted within 3-days after booking. A Damage security deposit of $1000 is required prior to check-in or purchased insurance offered during booking. Minimum age to rent is 30 yrs old. Person booking must be present and on-site for the entire Reservation stay. NOTE: NO BACHELOR, BACHELORETTE or large Party GROUPS PERMITTED TO RENT!
