Kitchen- The kitchen is newly updated with new appliances and a spacious pantry. You will find everything you need to cook and dine. -Fully stocked coffee bar with fresh beans, creamer, sugar & tea. -High chair and booster available in the main floor bedroom closet. Gathering spaces- The main living room is an open floor plan with the dining room and has ample seating. There is also an upstairs loft seating area with a workstation (desk and chair). In the basement you will find a futon, a sleeper chair, a dining table, wet bar, putting mat, Foosball and TV. Bedrooms - 4 lovely bedrooms -Main floor- bedroom with queen -Upstairs- bedroom with king -Basement- 1 bedroom with queen & 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds -All rooms include a closet (with an extra blanket and pillow), chest of drawers & night stands. In the main floor bedroom closet you will find -a pack and play -counter high chair -booster chair -sound monitor -bin full of toys and books -There is a built-in baby gate at the top of the basement stairs -We also have toddler and child-sized life jackets available -In the cabinets in the living room and behind the sofa, you will also find books, puzzles, games, and toys for children AND adults to enjoy! Tech- The home has fast Wifi, 4 smart TVs that allow you to login to any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.), and a smart-lock to ensure seamless check-in and a protected stay. Laundry- A washer and dryer are located in the basement for you to use during your stay. Detergent is available for use. You are welcome to bring a boat or jet skis to the property and park them at the dock. You can easily put your boat in the water using a ramp at McDowell Nature Preserve which is 1 mi away. There are multiple options for renting a boat at Lake Wylie. One company we recommend that is conveniently located across the lake is Boat Rentals of Lake Wylie (search "boatrentalsoflkw"). It is ~10 min by car and ~5-10 min by water. You can book anywhere from a half-day to a multi-day rental with the option to have the boat delivered to the house for you. *This is just one of many options. However, it is also very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, parks & more! All just minutes away. The best of both worlds! Parking- There is ample parking at the house. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY down the gravel road as our neighbors use golf carts.
