Public park for children is directly across the street as well as a public dock for fishing and kayak launch. Only minutes from both public boat ramps. Plenty of parking for guests including trailers. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars and marinas. Comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen including keurig and regular coffee pots, crock pot and blender. Pack and play and high chair for little ones. Gas grill and picnic table outback. Sit on the porches and enjoy your coffee or cocktails and enjoy the quaint old town Florida feel of Steinhatchee that our family fell in love with!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Do not flush anything other than regular toilet paper as it will backup the septic tank!.Do not dispose of any fish carcass or scallops anywhere on the property including the garbage cans!,If you use the grill you must clean it completely before you leave. Great Place
This house was perfect for my family stay! The location was great, and the local playground was walking distance. Also, Very clean, and spacious. Host was very prompt with responding to messages. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, cozy and close location
Arrival was flawless and home is very clean. Location was close to marinas and restaurants. Quiet and quaint setting. Enjoyed time with our fellow military friends of over 30 years. Would definitely return again. Always enjoy visiting 'The Hatch'.

Great experience
House was very clean and nicely appointed. All the luxury of a nice hotel room but better because of the kitchen, washer and dryer and the tv selection.
The furniture was very comfortable and the beds were great. We would definitely recommend.

Nice place! Perfect for fishing the gulf. Place was clean and air-conditioning at the right temp. when we arrived. Wireless worked good, which I needed for business.

Friendly and inviting
The property is welcoming and the location was a perfect fit for us. We were within walking distance to a marina where we could rent a wet slip. The host is absolutely amazing and helpful.

Great get a way in Steinhatchee!
We loved our stay at this home ! Quiet neighborhood but very close to the river! Lots of amenities in the house and great communication with the property manager!
