Agriturismo Cuile de Molino

Rooms are really clean with air con, Wi-Fi and balcony from which to enjoy an evening drink and to listen to the birds and farm animals ( this was pleasant )The dinner was served at 20.30 and honestly we couldn’t stop eating everything was delicious and amazing value. We had to leave early for the ferry to Barcelona the next morning but breakfast was set up for us. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you

It takes a few seconds to feel like at home once you arrive; the place is warm and cozy but, soon you'll forget about all this because the food is the undisputed protagonist; it's an agriturismo so you should know that quantities are just ridiculous and here is not an exception; The starters; the cured meat is excellent, my favorite was the "Crudo" even if "pancetta" "salsiccia" and "coppa" were delicious as well, asparagus omelet (it's the season, they're wild and they pick them up for you!), artichokes in olive oil and fried, onions, cheese, broad beans with mint, wild pork and much more; La pasta; we had some handmade "ravioli" and "gnocchetti"; I'm not gonna bother to tell how good they were; The main course, here it comes the king: "porcetto"; the meat was super tender with a very crunchy skin marking a 10/10, the lamb just exceptional; Fruit and desert; must mention the cheesecake from another planet and if you had not drunk enough until this point you can enjoy the digestives (there is plenty to choose from: the classics Mirto/limoncino but as well "Alloro (laurel) their trademark, Carrubba, zenzerto...); The staff is helpful and professional and make you feel comfortable and taken care of all the time; If you are in the area, this is THE Agriturismo you should go to!

Cibo ottimo e abbondante.Pierluigi il proprietario serve ai tavoli.Spiegando ogni piatto.La moglie è la cuoca.Abbiamo cenato fuori.La cena viene servita per tutti alla stessa ora ,comunicata alla prenotazione.Noi eravamo in quattro e in tutto 18 persone e i tavoli erano tutti occupati Affettati ottimi,formaggi,friggi telli,fave,polpette,peperoncini,sformato,melanzane fritte,ricotta,due primi piatti ravioli e fregola,porceddu con patate al forno,cream caramel,melone dolcì tipici,acqua vino ,caffè mirto…45€

Bella struttura a pochi km dalle spiagge di Stintino. Tutto molto pulito ed ordinato. Il personale è meraviglioso, tutti molto gentili. A colazione e a cena si sfruttano principalmente le materie prime prodotte in loco e trattate con maestria dalla cuoca. Sicuramente tornerò in futuro.

Ospitalità...Gentilezza...Cortesia... Ma soprattutto GENUINITÀ a mt.0!!! Il VERO Agriturismo in tutto e per tutto! Antipasti di qualità eccellente di loro produzione!!! Primi piatti della tradizione Sarda ...con i sapori della nonna!!! Secondi...da 10eLode!!! Provare per credere. Grazie ancora di tutto!!!

Una cenetta per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio con gustose specialità tipiche della cucina sarda: una serie infinita di leccornie crude e cotte come antipasto, due assaggi di primi, e il meraviglioso porcetto sardo cucinato con maestria e accompagnato con pinzimonio di verdure. Per finire, il dolce sardo per eccellenza, la seadas. Tutto rigorosamente di loro produzione e preparazione. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia e disponibilità in un ambiente pulito e accogliente. Cosa volere di più? Assolutamente una esperienza da ripetere! Consigliatissimo!
