Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

Great place to stay in a wonderful location. Good food and drink brilliant stay my favourite Premier Inn. Anyone staying in the area I'd definitely recommend staying here .

Firstly the staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient and the hotel is ideally placed for visiting Trentham Gardens and the shopping village. We had booked a premier plus room however all of these rooms are at the back of the building near a busy main road. There was no view from the window other than the road. Even with double glazing and extra triple glazing you could still hear traffic noise meaning you could not open the window for ventilation. The room was therefore stuffy even with the ventilation going. At this venue the premier plus rooms are not worth the extra money

Despite booking direct with the hotel only a few weeks prior to our stay, they failed to tell us there was a musical festival taking place in Trentham Gardens which included a late evening DJ set. The room was ridiculously loud and impossible for our seven month old baby to sleep. Guests were fighting outside the front of the hotel. There were security in reception and in our corridor. These guests were staying in the room opposite us and the doors were banging all night. We complained the following morning and direct with the company however the service recovery was non existent as we didn't complaint at the time this was happening. Perhaps taking my seven month old daughter to reception where guests were fighting was the answer or if we complained at the time the hotel would have asked the DJ to turn the music down. Pathetic customer service. Awful experience and not a safe environment for children and families.

Very nice, clean, spacious room, lovely staff, one of the 2 lifts doesn't go to the 3 Rd floor, ok if not on there but we were, needed a note on outside of lift as we had baby and lots of baggage on arrival, but wasn't an issue after arrival and certainly didn't put us off, will definitely stay again

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four for an overnight to go to Alton Towers theme park. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty parking which is free. The only complaint we had was at breakfast there wasn't a lot of choice as everything had ran out by 8am in the morning and wasn't replaced.

Incredibly convenient location for the event we were attending at Trentham Gardens, with free parking too. All the staff we encountered (reception, breakfast staff and cleaners) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, they were a credit to the Premier Inn. The room was a perfect size, with excellent facilities. The bed was particularly comfortable and both my wife and I had one the best sleeps we have had in a hotel for a long time. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was very good quality and not overcooked or dry like some other buffet breakfast we have experienced. We will definitely stay here again. Fantastic!
