Me and my partner stayed here as we were off to the Alton towers reopening. Lovely hotel and all the staff we come across were brilliant. Our room was spotless could not fault the cleanliness. Cheap and cheerful place to stay, will definitely be back in the future

Clean, comfortable and cheap accomodation. Within walking distance of Trentham Estate and attached to a Toby carvery.

Booked a 2 night stay whilst visiting the area, as it had a special offer for Spring (2 nights under £79) Quite dated 1st floor room which could probably do with a freshen up. Bed fairly comfortable and shower room/toilet area clean. Room quite dark as lighting not that bright. Small kettle with accompanying sachets of coffee, tea &sugar, however extra refills are available in the lobby area. Not the prettiest place I’ve stayed, but not the worst either.

Good location with a Toby carvery next door. Lovely big room with private bathroom ,tv & kettle in room. A nice touch to have drinks refills available in reception. The bathroom looked a bit tired but everything worked. Free wifi is only for 30 minutes which is a bit mean in 2025. Friendly,helpful staff & a comfy big bed.

Another really good stay. Staff were polite, the rooms were clean, extra, milk, sugar, tea and coffee available on request. Free wifi for 30mins as well. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Madi for being exceptionally helpful as always

Great for canal walks & exploring wonderful Trentham Gardens. Probably wise to ask for a front bedroom in the summer as there’s a large beer garden to the rear!

Really lovely staff and good location. Rooms are clean. However the walls are paper thin to each other - could hear every word of my not-very-loud neighbour on the phone - and to the corridor. I stayed during the week but I imagine this could be tricky at weekends. If this isn’t an issue, then otherwise I would recommend

Arrived early evening after a very long day at work. Plenty of parking at no extra charge and an eating place on site. Reception staff were friendly and the room was very clean and quiet Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Towels provided Will definitely visit again when working in the area
