Welcomed by Nicole on reception, very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean to a good standard, good parking available for van

I've been coming here most weeks for almost a year. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This week it's Nicole who welcomed me. The rooms are always clean and tidy, comfortable and here every thing I need. Now the refurb is complete it's even better.

Lovely accommodation; bathroom had a bath and shower and was recently updated so very nice indeed. Room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice location for places like Bluewater, getting to London, Dartford and Gravesend town centres and you can drive to the coast easily.

Rooms were great for value - Kirsty at the main reception was amazing, kind and was very accomadating! We stayed for 5 nights and the beds were comfortable the rooms were clean. Location of the hotel was in an easy spot to get too. There was more than enough parking

PLEASE NOTE: The review is for Travelodge Dartford Crossing DA2 6QN (Opened 01/05/2025): Clean outside the hotel, plenty of parking space, staffs are friendly. NO Lift service & rooms are outdated. Heating are very old and not working. Rooms are clean but doesn’t smell fresh. Bed is very uncomfortable, springs digs to your back. Pillows and duvet are nice and soft. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking space. Outside is clean. The whole rooms and furnishings are outdated. Management need to think of updating the rooms

Paige at the front desk was very kind and helpful, ended up with a recently refurbished room was definitely an improvement from the last time I stayed here. Was clean enough and cheap enough. Did the job for the night while I was in the area. Thank you
