The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and provides you easy access to the back patio with its outdoor dining table and comfortable seating. Each of the four bedrooms offer you and your guests extremely comfortable, plush beds with clean, high quality linens and pillows which we know go a long way to provide restful nights of sleep after days of exploration or work.

We allow pets on a case-by-case basis with specific approval after discussion with us.
Please advise us if you will be bringing your pets.

Pets must not be left alone in our house unless they are crated.
Pets must be kept off of the beds, chairs, and sofa.

The house was exactly as shown. Very nice and looked recently updated. Close to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Highly recommend it.

The perfect house
This was the perfect stay! The house was newly updated, clean, and had everything we needed. I stayed with my parents while visiting my family and wanted to be near the army base and we all loved it. The host was incredibly communicative and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Felt Very Welcoming
We visited with our son and his family before the military transferred him to another base. This home made it an easy place to cook dinner and catch up. Thank you for a wonderful home!
