The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. There is street parking all around downtown which is 3 hour parking limit 8 am - 8pm. There are designated free parking a couple blocks away. There is a golf shuttle that can take you around town which is right out the front where they park at the circle. There is also a water taxi that you can take to see why Stuart is one of the top destinations for boating! I am available any time! Originally built in the 1880s and 1890s, the main streets of downtown Stuart are home to buildings of true old Florida character and charm. Built upon the remains of Stuart’s first railroad stop, the history and the determination of Florida’s pioneers shows through in the personality and style of the buildings. Cast through old Florida oaks and banyan trees, a walk down the main streets of Flagler Avenue and Osceola Street has the vibe of the small, quaint, and coastal town originally founded upon pineapple plantations and railroads. We took the opportunity for pictures and admiration of the architecture and history preserved in the beautiful buildings. Extending behind all of downtown’s main area is a boardwalk over the St. Lucie River, where one can spot dolphins, fish, and oysters. After a meal of downtown’s delicacies and a day of shopping, the Riverwalk is the perfect place to wind down after a day of excitement. A wonderful spot for a stroll, we timed it perfectly to see the sunset over the water, a view that is unsurpassed in beauty. On Sundays from 1-4 in the afternoon, a local concert rocks the Riverwalk with a different band each week. Seating is free, and vendors provide quick snacks while meals at one of historic downtown’s restaurants is always only a step away.
