« L'hôtel est de style BW uniforme. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il est difficile de déplacer de grosses valises au deuxième étage. Heureusement, nous allons nous donner une chambre au premier étage. Le petit déjeuner est plus pratique. En fait, il y a des M's non loin de l'hôtel, mais le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est assez copieux, bien que pas très exquis. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon choix. J'ai vu beaucoup de personnes âgées à la retraite pendant le petit déjeuner. Nous sommes tous des jeunes. »

« Il était très fort. Autres clients étaient juste dehors de notre porte, juste parler très fort. On pouvait entendre les avions ✈ quittent. La chambre était décente. The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.
Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use.
ENSUITE BEDROOM:
-QUEEN bed w/ a new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress
-Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations
-Dresser, Walk-In Closet and attached Ensuite Full Bath (shower, toilet, & vanity).
-There is also a dedicated workspace (desk) for those looking for an at home office!

DINING & LIVING ROOM:
Both the Dining & Living areas seat 6-8 people comfortably, with a few extra stools available at the kitchen island for overflow. The house has several smart home features; including smart locks/keyless entry, an easy to use NEST thermostat, and a Ring Doorbell Camera (this camera is for security only. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house).
The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have!
We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport.
This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. Its layout is handicap accessible and appealing to all ages and abilities!…Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself! *Please note that the pool is uncovered and unfenced. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated. The Pool is cleaned weekly (every Tuesday & Friday) however in-between cleanings; it is the guests responsibility to skim out any debris (daily) in the pool with the provided pool net.

- Max overnight guests = 8 (Max Daily occupancy 12)

This property is located in a 0.50 acres of lot next to Audubon of Martin County Nature Preserve, between Downtown Stuart and Hutchinson Island. The house is fantastic and ideal for a relaxing time; it is a quiet and safe neighborhood in a peaceful, family-friendly area, perfect for those seeking a lovely vacation time.
This property was built in 1959, fully renovated , has three separate bedrooms and multiple sofas in a cozy living room area. One large bathroom in the master bedroom, shower and double sinks. The second bathroom is modern, luminous and new. There are 5 TVs total, one in the master bedroom, a second one in the queen bedroom, a third one in the living room, a fourth one in the kitchen and the fifth one in the pool area.
The house has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining room and Florida room. The patio is fenced with a charcoal grill. The pool surrounded with lawn chairs. The outdoor area has a spectacular view of the Audubon nature preserve in Martin County FL.
There are 2 main fences, one surrounding the yard and the other surrounding the lot. On the left side of the land there is another small property with a separate entrance.
Oasis Pool: Immerse yourself in luxury with a magnificent pool, perfectly situated within ample grounds. Surrounded by lush greenery and expansive outdoor areas, this pool invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun under the Florida sun. The swimming pool and the house do not have heating.

This property was built in 1959, fully renovated , has three separate bedrooms and multiple sofas in a cozy living room area. One large bathroom in the master bedroom, shower and double sinks. The second bathroom is modern, luminous and new. There are 5 TVs total, one in the master bedroom, a second one in the queen bedroom, a third one in the living room, a fourth one in the kitchen and the fifth one in the pool area.
The house has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining room and Florida room. The patio is fenced with a charcoal grill. The pool surrounded with lawn chairs. The outdoor area has a spectacular view of the Audubon nature preserve in Martin County FL.
There are 2 main fences, one surrounding the yard and the other surrounding the lot. On the left side of the land there is another small property with a separate entrance.
Oasis Pool: Immerse yourself in luxury with a magnificent pool, perfectly situated within ample grounds. Surrounded by lush greenery and expansive outdoor areas, this pool invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun under the Florida sun. The swimming pool and the house do not have heating.

PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We will charge a fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking.
PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests. Please pickup every bathroom break whether on a walk or anywhere on the property.
