Accueil super avec verre de bienvenue, chambre spacieuse et impeccable, au calme car j’ai demandé en arrière cours et petit déjeuner magnifique (énormément de choix et produits locaux j’ai adoré). La carte du bar est cher et le choix pas terrible, j’ai commandé deux verres de vin de région en faisant confiance à la serveuse qui en fait nous a apporté chacun une petite carafe et la facture salée : 65€ pour le vin! Pour un vin en pichet. Mon mari a insisté pour que je ne fasse pas d’esclandre mais la serveuse aurait mérité que je me plaigne à la direction car c’est de l’abus de confiance. A cause de cela, avec un pizza et un burger nous avons payé 115€! Bar à éviter et bien s’assurer du prix avant de commander « un verre de vin ».

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

Premièrement, la position est très pratique, juste à l'avant de la gare, au centre-ville, autour du supermarché, les achats sont à pied. Le service de la réception est très bon et essaie de répondre à toutes les besoins. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très simples, il n'y a pas de salle d'eau chaude, de réfrigérateur, de café et de thé, et il n'y a pas de climatisation. La condition de 700 yuan semble être un peu défavorable. Comme un hôtel simple à l'intérieur.

Cet hôtel a deux avantages : la position, le petit déjeuner ; c'est pourquoi je suis de retour. Mais cette fois, je suis en voyage avec Drey, je ne me sens pas très bien. Il y a un homme de la classe moyenne qui a des yeux, et je pense qu'il a une certaine haine raciale (il prendra votre anglais pour rire), et nous devrions faire un bon voyageur, et surtout payer. Je trouve très mal, un bon hôtel, un bon voyage, décevant, même la joie du petit déjeuner est sombre. Je suis désolé de dire que je ne vais plus à un hôtel de discrimination raciale.

We did a pit stop here to take kids to Mercedes’ museum. It was not a big event weekend so the area was really dead. Hotel reception was friendly but only 1 person manning the desk so it always seemed busy with queues. Bathrooms are functional and clean but given 4 people were staying in the room, body wash and loo roll ran out as they don’t fully replenish items. I understand the whole green thing but at least put enough toiletries in there. Simple little things like this should not require us to have to chase and ask the staff for these. Especially for a Hilton brand. The other odd thing is the toilet has its own room at the hotel room entrance. That’s great, but there is no sink. You have to walk around the whole room to get to the bathroom to wash your hands. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. It charges silly money for every item on your plate. Literally a single portion of salmon is 15 euros (maybe 150g) with nothing else on the plate. If you want a side, you have to pay for that. Same with the schnitzel. Every single item you add to your plate is an additional cost. Staff was fine but the pricing system was ludicrous. We stupidly followed the tripadvisor reviews for the restaurant and the place was pretty dead. We should have eaten at the sports bar outside which was outdoors and has more ambience for possibly the same level of food. Who knows. The only redeeming feature is we got some discount back from this restaurant because of our club member status. We only stayed here for one night so it was sufficient as a clean functional hotel.

I had booked a room with double bed however I was allotted a room with single bed. I immediately contacted the front desk however they informed that all rooms are booked and cannot help. I expect that at the time of check-in I should have been informed regarding this. Also, the room was for physically challenged. I don’t intend to discriminate here however providing information is important because I paid 190Euros for the same. Did not expect this from IBIS. Also, someone from Hotel staff tried to access my room without prior information between 15:00 -15:10. I informed this as well to the front desk. The bathroom sink was cracked and it wasn’t clean enough. Very disappointed.

Fidèle à la marque du réseau, cette auberge de jeunesse propose des chambres spacieuses et propres, à la décoration certes sobre mais plaisante, moderne et qualitative. L'ensemble du groupe a en outre apprécié la qualité et la variété du buffet (dîner/ petit-déjeuner), la salle de restauration vaste et la disponibilité du personnel. Une arrivée tardive en raison d'impondérables nous a permis enfin d'apprécier la réactivité, la disponibilité et plus généralement la gentillesse de l'équipe, qui a tout fait pour que l'on se sente bien accueilli malgré l'heure avancée. Dans le cadre d'un voyage scolaire, cette auberge de jeunesse a donc dépassé mes attentes: j'y retournerai avec plaisir. Merci encore pour la qualité de votre engagement. La chambre était petite, mais suffisante et bien équipée, le petit déjeuner pouvait être réservé, rien d'exceptionnel, mais pour le prix absolument OK. Il est bien accessible avec la VPN, et cela inclut maintenant qu'il n'est pas calme (les fenêtres éliminent beaucoup de bruit de l'extérieur). Malheureusement, le jour de la sortie, nous avons remarqué que la seule chaise de chemin pour la taille de l'hôtel est un peu trop petite - à la fois le check-out et les voies de lavage/détergent a conduit à des périodes d'attente. Les collaborateurs étaient très gentils.

Hotel und Zimmer nach gewohntem Motel One Stsndart. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Es wurde spontan auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Balkon und unser Junior (2) wurde wärmsten empfangen. Zum draußen Sitzen bekamen wir nach Anfrage auch extra Decken, An der Bar gibt es leckere Cocktails und Sandwiches, allerdings recht Preisintensiv. Parken kann man gegenüber im Parkaus für 3€ weniger :)

We arrived late and Dimitri(at reception) was kind enough to help us with parking. We quickly grabbed our luggage and then Mellisa guided us through the checkin. We got 2 separate beds in the room and we went back with a request to upgrade it with a queen bed - and voila they did it. Overall our stay was relaxing and the service was good. Will recommend to other travelers.

Le check-in a été rapide et sans problème. Mon chambre était déjà prête (avant 12:00) . Mon voiture a pu être garée dans le garage, mais il faut payer 14 € par jour pour cela . L'hôtel est un peu entré dans les années Mon chambre était propre et ordonnée. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas d'USB dans la chambre, pour un hôtel de affaires questionable ... La salle de bain aussi est propre, mais très mufflée. Le petit déjeuner très simple et peu de choix La chambre de petit déjeuner est très sombre et modéré et a besoin d'une rénovation urgente. Dans l'ensemble, je trouve que le rapport prix-performance n'est pas vrai. La situation de l'hôtel est très bonne. Juste devant la porte d'une station de métro, avec laquelle vous n'atteindrez le centre-ville que dans six stations. Pour un court séjour, il est recommandé avec quelques points de passage Le personnel est très aimable

Très bel hôtel dans Stuttgart. Idéalement placé pour visiter les musées aux alentours. N’hésitez pas à profiter du « 9 EUROS TICKET » disponible l’été : ce pass vous permet de prendre tous les transports en commun BUS, U-BAHN, S-BAHN, de façon illimité… Privilégiez les chambres tout en haut (au 7ème étage) pour être tranquille, les suites familiales sont un peu à part, comme cela vous limitez le bruit du couloir. L’insonorisation des chambres vis à vis de la rue sont au top. Hormis les sirènes POLIZEI (très fortes), vous n’entendrez aucun bruit. Super petit déjeuner : Bacon cuit pile poil, plein de choses à manger. Il y a un parking sous l’hôtel, qui est en fait celui de la gallérie commerciale MILANEO. Pour laisser le véhicule sur place, comptez 25 Euros par jour. Le parking est nickel, les places larges, les autres véhicules ne toucheront donc pas le votre.

Très belle place décorée à la réception Nous avons réservé un Noël spécial pour un prix très bon et attendu une petite chambre, mais quand nous avons ouvert la porte, c'était une grande surprise : Il était une chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec un bel balcon au dessus. La salle de bain était très grande, les lits étaient également confortables. La zone est calme. le seul problème: l'ascenseur n'a pas fonctionné pendant la nuit après 23h00 mais aucun problème réel, vous pouvez prendre les escaliers. Avec la clé, vous pouvez sortir et rentrer toute la nuit Parking dans la zone est gratuit seulement pendant la nuit. Durant le jour, vous devez payer pour le billet de stationnement. Mais nous avons réussi à trouver gratuit parking 3-4 rues plus loin. Il y a une machine à vendre à l'hôtel, afin que vous puissiez acheter des boissons à des prix très équitables Wifi bien travaillé Personnel du soir était très aimable. Pour le petit déjeuner, un supplément et un nouveau test de covide aurait été requis pour un supplément, donc nous n'y avons pas mangé ce matin.

La réception est très pertinente, mais elle est fermée dans tous les endroits, mais nous avons aidé à trouver des gâteaus. Les chambres sont très propres, l'ordre des chambres est très bon, lave-vaisselle est propre.Nous avons été quatre personnes. La chambre était assez. Le parking est gratuit et c'est un grand avantage... et je ne dirai rien sur le petit déjeuner parce que nous n'avons pas préféré faire le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Excellent service à la table de front et petit déjeuner , autres services que j'ai utilisé - l'hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et très élégantes - magnifique vue et confortable. J'ai trouvé une note très personnelle dans ma chambre de la part du gestionnaire de la chambre. J'ai rencontré le directeur de l'hôtel M. Welti. Il vit une excellente hospitalité - félicitations!
