En ce qui concerne les installations, il n'y a pas de problème particulier. Nous avons fait un bon séjour. La chambre est grande et les Japonais peuvent se passer de la confort. Les bébés sont faibles. La nourriture a d'autres choses. (notamment les bananes) C'est comme la soupe de poulet.

I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

Il est un hôtel OK, mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup pour les équipements, et ils ne fournissent pas de services de nettoyage chaque jour. Je voudrais prendre mes chaussures dehors dans la chambre, mais il n'y avait pas de pantalon. Le sol est très sale parce que nous étions si près de la plage. L'atmosphère était très bonne, et la nourriture était très délicieuse. C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels de resort à Barreto, mais je souhaite qu'ils nettoient les chambres quotidiennement.

Encore une fois, MANGROVE est impressionné par ses niveaux de service et de qualité de l'établissement, du personnel, de la nourriture et des boissons. Le restaurant a été très bien organisé, mais le restaurant a été très bien organisé. Lea à la réception n'a jamais manqué à impressionner sa mémoire et elle est toujours bonne à traiter une demande spéciale.

One of the worst stays I have ever experienced in a supposed resort. Firstly paid over ₱7000 for a room to fit 3 adults and a kid. The room was very tired, not very clean, tv did not work properly and very basic in amenities. Not worth with the price! The overall resort is very tired. It needs a major refurbishment. Paint is peeling, large cracks in the building, garden returning to jungle etc! Staff are not at all friendly or flexible. Arrrived with our family at 12pm after a long drive. Requested an early check in. Advised they are just cleaning the room now. I said that is great can you advise how long until will be ready. The reply you can not access it until 2pm at the earliest. Wow. Thanks. The free breakfast is average basic Filipino style breakfast food. It is a buffet format only 7am to 9am. Very limited hours for a supposed resort. Also requested if we could just take. plate to our room (literally a minute from where the food is served) to be told no not possible. The location is average. On a busy highway. Not sure where they get Waterfront for the name of the hotel as the only water close by is the run down pool with a run down bar. The bar has chairs that look like they have been recycled from a trash site. The bar staff did not know how to make basic cocktails and constantly referred to a 'menu' with the expected result being average overpriced drinks. The final and worst part of this once in a life experience was the check out process. We went to check out around 11.15am well before the noon requirement. After handing in the keys and and the deposit slip for the ₱1000 to be returned in full (we did not consume anything in the room) I just stood there for about 10 mins. I asked why the delay. Advised housekeeping was checking the room. Ok so I sat down. After another 20 mins chased them. Finally advised they would be keeping my deposit because of supposed stain on pillow case and sheet. We were invited to inspect the linen. First, the pillow case was like this whern we arrived! Second, the small dirt marks on the sheet were not stains at all and clearly would be cleaned in a standard wash.! After my wife argued the ridiculous of the accusation and the ridiculous of not getting a tiny bit of dirt out in a standard wash we were finally given our deposit in full. This I expect was a scam attempt to falsely pocket our deposit. The whole check out experience took over 45 mins and was embarrassing in that the false accusations were directed at us in front of other customers. If there is one resort/hotel to avoid this is it! If you are crazy enough to stay there now you now only have your self to blame!

Friendly Staff, Excellent service and wide pool! We booked Emerald Manor Hotel after I read reviews and the reviews are right, staff are friendly, they greet everyone with a smile. I think this is also important. Filipinos are known for their hospitality and beautiful smile. It made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Whenever we ask something from the housekeeping, they provided us with a speedy service. The pool is also large and wide, perfect for families. My 3yrs old enjoy the pool as well as my family. We booked the Family room and it was large. We were thinking of booking the family suite but it was already booked out but the family room is also good so we are happy. The complimentary coffee at the reception area is also good and the reception staff mentioned it to us which makes it better while we wait. The included breakfast is also delicious and serving is good. I would definitely recommend this especially for families.

Nous avons apprécié le lieu, mais nous n'avons pas utilisé tous les piscines et les diapositives. Nous avons passé plus de temps sur les piscines de kiddie et les piscines d'onde.Mon fils de 2 ans a apprécié. Il a besoin de quelques réparations pour la sécurité, comme le rail sur un diapositive est déjà parti. La piscine de Kiddie est juste au-delà de la piscine de rampage, pas un bon parent de configuration doit regarder leurs petits enfants attentivement s'assurer qu'ils ne croisent pas. La plage n'est pas adaptée pour nager, il y a des débris, vous ne le noterez pas si vous ne nagez pas, son meilleur juste pour les activités sportives. La chambre est très bien, sauf pour le pipeline qui n'a pas fonctionné le dernier jour et les chaises sont déjà défectueux, nécessitent des remplacements ou des réparations, mais nous avons une bonne vue sur la piscine et la baie sous-marine. Le personnel est amical et toujours prêt à aider.

Les chambres sont très grandes. Des toilettes et des douches séparées. complètes avec des serviettes de bain, des serviettes épaisses et un kit d'hygiène. La plage n'est pas de sable blanc. Le parking est également vaste et spacieux. Certains ont un toit/couverture. Parking de basket et de bus de court tout aussi disponible. Il y a plusieurs piscines aussi. La nourriture chaude est disponible à l'intérieur et le prix est compétitif. Recommandé pour les familles et les amis. Bon prix pour l'argent

Staff are accommodating. The place is appealing. Their villas are spacious. Their foods are delicious. I also appreciate their band who serenade us during our dinner near the beach, ”sayang lang kasi umuulan that night”, but still the whole team enjoyed the night. They also provide shuttle from place to place, fresh and new bath towel's are also provided in the beach, hindi mo na kailangan bumalik in your villas in case you forgot to bring yours.

Such a magnificently lovely and peaceful hideaway, far from the madding crowd, Rancho Bernardo is the perfect place to be! Every glance of its fine artistry on walls, ceilings, roofings and its contours, and its surroundings, has remained vividly clear in my mind. 😍 And even if you wish to discover what is outside its walls, no worries 'cause it's just a shuttle service away!
