Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people ! Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served….. Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

Unit very small, have mosquito and cockroach, my friend's unit is split type aircon, my unit window type aircon so noisy. There is no kettle, have free bottle water .

I love this place and my kids are really enjoyed it! Overnight is not enough. We should have explore more and stayed 2-3days. -Place is great -Food is great -We have a fantastic room -The bar is great -Pool is great as if we have our own mini pool. -There is a wave pool and my kids love it. -There is also a playground with pool for the kids like they can slide, swing, more fun activity. -We enjoyed the beach as well, same as the inflatable, jetski, kayak, banana boat -There is an acoustic bar at night, fire dance, parang nasa Bora ka na.

리뷰 좋아하지 않지만 몇 자 적어봅니다. 화이트락을 검색하셨다면 위치 등은 이미 어느정도 파악되셨으리라 보고 이건 패스.. 시설은 일부 낙후된 부분이 있지만 쉬어가기 나쁘지않습니다. 수영장, 워터파크도 즐길만한 수준? 헌데 로비카운터 직원들의 고객 응대 태도가 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 필리핀 투숙객들이 해변 등지에서 담배를 피워도 별다른 제지가 없고, 그들이 새벽 2시 3시까지 음악을 틀고 소란을 피워도 아무런 제지가 없네요. 편히 취침을 즐기고 싶은데 아침부터 객실 밖에서 호텔스탭들이 시끄럽습니다. 객실내 전화기가 고장나서 2번이나 고쳐달라고 했으나 처리하지 않았고, 저녁시간 식당으로 가기 위해 불러달라는 콜택시는 시세보다 많이 비쌌습니다. 기억하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다. 경우에 따라 다르겠지만 유독 저는 불편함만 느끼고 왔습니다.

住著還不錯服務好，但位置有點偏對去景點不方便，沒有車就不太建議，但總體態度跟餐食還是挺不錯的，裡面本身也有自己的設施所以如果只是單純放鬆還是可以的

This is the worst hotel we stayed in ever and we are not recommending it. First, they are fooling their guests by misleading promotions during check in. Second, there were lots of mosquitos inside the room. No soap in the bathroom you need to transfer to the shower room to get soap very inconvenient. You need to request basic dental kit because it is not readily available in the room. Third, no available Manager or Supervisor on duty to handle escalated concerns of the guests. For breakfast, bacon was tough, stingy not crispy and salty. Most of the dishes are salty. Juices are tasteless it’s like water with food color only. Fruits like banana have extra charge. Front desk receptionists were not helpful and snobbish. After getting your money when you check in, they will not assist you anymore or give directions on the location of your room. Waste of money. Very disappointed guest.
