"L'hôtel est confortablement situé à 5 minutes du centre-ville (Stefan cel Mare rue). Le personnel du bureau de réception et les dames de nettoyage sont très gentils et utiles. Une petite question est la conception de la salle de bains se coucher dans les chambres 225/ 226 qui ne permettent pas au bouchon de toilette de rester en état pendant l'utilisation de la toilette. Il continue à tomber, ce qui peut être inconvenant et annoyant."

"Very nice, nobly furnished hotel. We stayed for one night in the 5-star room. It is large, with a huge bed, a balcony overlooking a rose garden and a huge 4K Smart TV. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower and a Jacuzzi. The room - like the rest of the hotel - is very stylishly decorated and clean. The bed was so comfortable that we thought about asking where to buy the pillows. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is centrally located but quiet on a side street. The city centre is only a few minutes walk away. Villa Alice is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back."

"Beautiful location, big rooms, interesting lounge room, huge breakfast. Not happy with room cleaning. Bed mattresses are to firm whilst the pillows not at all… All together, value for money balance it’s ok but the place is highly overated."
