Nestled just a short 15 minute drive from Eagle River and St. Germain, with easy access to snowmobile trails, you'll find endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. Sand Lake provides opportunities for swimming, fishing, boating, tubing and water skiing. Ample parking is available for boat/snowmobile trailers.
Every window of the home offers a beautiful view. Nature provides you with soaring Eagles and the sights and sounds of ducks, loons, and hummingbirds.
