have to give a compliment to Pak Dian I at registration/front desk. very warm and very cooperative. 👍🏽 keep up the good work!
room, we are disappointed with very small tv and poor picture quality and poor channels. a 5-star hotel is best to provide big screen and HD-picture quality and good channels
shower 🚿, low pressure, low volume, inconsistent temperature. time for hotel to renew everything!
swimming pool, no guard, no towel staffs, obviously lack of employees! ignorance and leave some pool sofas wet :(
welcome drink, disappointing. a 5-star hotel with juices from concentrates, not fresh juice.
the taste of wedang jahe, shockingly unacceptable!
breakfast 07june2025 is great, gorengan is best. keep up the good work!
things to improve : kerupuk, low quality, but i managed to inform Pak Eddy (exec 👨🏻🍳) to replace/withdraw those kerupuk.
breakfast 08june2025 is a nightmare. quality, variation, staffs ignorance to dirty/used plates.
first and LAST visit!
NOT RECOMMENDED. (old hotel and seriously need renovation and add more staffs, especially weekend and long weekend/holiday)
