C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir un service aussi désagréable car l’hôtel en lui même n’est pas mal du tout. Je suis arrivée à 13h30 demandant si il était possible de faire le check-in, la jeune femme de l’accueil sans un mot et sans le moindre signe d’amabilité m’a montré le panneau indiquant que le check-in était à 15h. Je lui ai dit que je le savais mais que parfois les chambres étaient disponibles avant (nous sommes hors saison et l’hôtel est quasi vide). Elle m’a répondu toujours sans un sourire que oui ma chambre est prête mais que cela sera 25$… vraiment abusé et excessif par rapport au prix de la chambre pour 1h30 d’avance. J’ai refusé. Je suis donc revenue à 15h et là, un monsieur cette fois, toujours sans un sourire ne m’a pas dit bonjour mais seulement : pièce d’identité et carte de crédit ! (S’il vous plaît aurait été sympa aussi mais non !) La réception d’hôtel est un métier d’accueil et doit être chaleureux… c’est l’image que l’on va garder même si l’hôtel en lui même est propre et bien placé… Dernière chose… la piscine de l’hôtel est en fait la piscine municipale… pas très propice au repos.

Wow un très bel endroit relaxant, bel environnement vert, chevaux,piscine, fleurs... Super beau. Nicole la propriétaire vous fera faire le tour de la place avec un sourire et est toujours disponible pour aider ou fêter une occasion spéciale. Déjeuner compris ..hummmm oeufs, saumon fumé, café, etc. Qualité prix , un peu plus élevé mais ça va avec le service et l' endroit.... très bien
