Not to be classified as hotel because washroom has no simple racking for toiletries.

Just not much hotel can choosing in that area , the hotel room is clean n simple

It had a nice bed and water provided plus the staff were nice, but that was about it. The location is quaint but not good if your a tourist and not cleanest place either, tho it isn't filthy. Also not as close to the the airport as you think so may be hard to get a grab back.

Located a short taxi trip away from KLIA1 and KLIA2. However, it is not very convenient for a trip to the city. Hailing for a Grab depends on if there is one already nearby. The room itself is simple but good for family of 3 people with a double and a single beds. The shower room is very small and not very convenient when the toilet is also inside and is just beneath the shower. There is no provision of toiletries or slippers. The TV does not appear to be working. There is no tea or coffee making facilities but complimentary bottled water is provided. Counter staffs were excellent. There was no issues/fuss with returning of deposit.

Room was clean. Bed comfy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Location good and overall excellent value.

The room is big but not so clean that it has cigarettes smells

Our stay here was pretty decent overall. The room was impressively clean and well-maintained. Customer service was alright, the staff was friendly enough. The bathroom was a bit cramped, especially the toilet area. Getting there was a breeze. The location is easy to find, and parking was hassle-free. Just a heads up, though: there's no elevator, but since it's just one floor, taking the stairs wasn't a big deal.

Clean & very satisfied. Just my neighbors at front room making noise at night they turn the hotel room to clubbing i think.

the toilet has clogged, the water are not flowing very well.
