Avis : Icon Hotel Segamat

Clean rooms but unfortunately hotel is undergoing renovation. Front desk did help by relocating to a quieter floor

1st time staying at this hotel. Very convenient.

Aircon is not cold enough in my room. You can only access gym from 1pm to 10pm, and on Sunday there’s no staff to issue you gym voucher (the gym is not in hotel building so you need to request for voucher) Sometimes they don’t clean room and they claim because the power card is still inserted in the room which makes them think there’s someone still in the room. Anyway not many options of hotel in this small city so…

Overall, the stay was underwhelming. The hotel has several areas that need improvement. - The air-conditioning wasn't cool enough, which made it uncomfortable in Malaysia’s hot weather. - The king-size bed felt like it was squeezed into the room, leaving very little space to move around. - Towels had black stains and smelled old, which made them unpleasant to use. - The toilet paper provided was the pull-out type, extremely thin and hard to use—not practical at all. - Only two pillows were provided, and the bedsheet made my skin itch, raising concerns about cleanliness. - The shower tap had visible stains, although the water pressure was decent (room was on the second floor). - The hotel claims to be a “Zero Dust” award winner, but honestly, the condition of the room doesn’t reflect that. - The corridor to the room had no air-conditioning, making it stuffy and hot. - Cleanliness overall could definitely be improved. - The entire hotel feels old and is in need of better maintenance. On a positive note, the check-in staff that day was polite and helpful.

The floor, bed and table got ants dead body, call to clean up but didnt, very dissapointed, will try look for other hotel next time

Stay is okay with all needs within walking distance. But.. the liquid soap has bad smell and the room was hot despite AC 16. Didnt bother to change room as just overnight stay.

Located within walking distance to cafes, shops and supermarket, this hotel provides all the basic creature comforts well. It’s clean, has sufficient hot water, kettle in room and good functioning AC. Yes I’ll recommend it for short stay in Segamat.

Not much hotel choice at Segamat with such good value of money. The are other option but ICON hotel simply the one worth for its value in terms of location and clealiness.

Not a big hotel but very cozy and clean with private parking space. Kudos to the attentive staff who always there to help. Keep it up 💪🏼

Although its a bit noisy, as can hear the noises when got people passing by but overall the experiences was pretty good.

Fire alarm activated but no announcement as Wether to evacuate or not. Luckily happen in the day. Found lizard’s **** at corner of room. Not enough table top to use. No hooks in bathroom to hang clothes. Near the train station & bus station. Only 7 min by car.

Our room AC was leaking heavily after we went to sleep. Luckily we managed to get a room exchange, but we had to move our stuff at midnight

Easy access to restaurants and defamatory town. Overall hotel eviroment very nice

very friendly staffs ,there is a free parking area at the back of the hotel .the security guard will go round for security check every 2 hours at night .
