Was working in cleethorpes and stayed here. It was a very warm welcome and I ate im the restaurant every night. Food was amazing. But the highlight of my time here was the friendly staff. To mention my new found friends Evie, Maia, Morgan and Dan. They was very welcoming and made me feel so at home. I work away all the time and stay at premier inns week after week. This is by far the best stay I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you guys I will miss you

Always the best sleep at Premier Inn... Comfiest beds, lovely soft towels, WiFi is always decent. Soap and shower gel provided. Extra pillows in the room if needed.

Great stay at cleethorpes, plenty of local amenities. Smallest pub across the way is ideal for around the restaurant next doors opening hours.. however service in the hotel and restaurant was fantastic on both occasions I didn’t catch the name of the person Tuesday evening as he was wearing a blazer so i couldn’t see name badge but jamie Wednesday asked for a review and gave me herself and her colleague Morgan’s name. Food came out in good time and was hot both evenings I couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you

Stayed at Cleethorpes premier inn last week and I don't even know where to start! It was amazing! 5 star service at all times. Checked in at the desk by Tom who was very thorough, pleasant, and efficient! Tom also served us in the restaurant and the service, again was exceptional! His service was 100% throughout and he eased the stress that we had encountered on our journey! Our room was such a spotless, fresh area! It was one of the best experiences I've had at a premier inn and I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I laugh when people write about powerful showers and comfortable rooms. Premier inn hotels with a powerful showers are very rare. This hotel had a poor shower and no air con and no fan. Makes it worse when you can't even open the windows.... no not stuck, they are unable to be opened. Great for 100 quid for one night.... NOT !!!!!

Stayed in room 216 this time round, a/c was not working and room was unbearable. Had a fan delivered but that just moved hot air around. Staff were amazing as always however the room this time was too hot to sleep in. Breakfast was one of the best parts when staying at a premier inn.

Arrived with family for 1 nights stay thank god, staff was the only reason it got 2 stars as they was friendly but the hotel is terrible you can’t open the windows and no air con or fans and so so hot and stuffy, the water pressure for the shower is really bad and struggled washing shower gel off.
