We are a family of 3 with a 4 year old boy. The staff were amazing with our little lad Megan and her entertainment team really made the holiday for him. The out door pools were cold but that is because of the time of year however the indoor pool was absolutely fine. The hotel itself was so clean and well kept they take real pride in it. The rooms are really good king size double not 2 beds put together. The food was very good and there is a a-la-carte restaurant you can book into once a week we would highly recommend that! If you have kids this is the idea hotel for you

We came as a family . With our children and granddaughter arriving 20th September. We were all very much looking forward to it and can honestly say first impressions for us were great. It is a little hilly etc but nothing terrible and didn’t cause us any issues. The pools and facilities seemed great and the food and drink for the first 2 days seemed good . The rooms we had were good and had pool or sea views which we requested. We had issues with hot water in 2 of the rooms which we had to report twice and one sofa bed not being made up as requested when we arrived at 4am but this was done the following afternoon. It’s all done via an app . After the 2nd day it changed . Drinks machines started to get covered up . The slides opened as and when they felt like it . The food changed massively. To the point of really struggling to find anything to eat . I think most people had to eat pizza as the rest was inedible and repeated mush over and over and the choice more than halved . The entertainment was terrible and the staff were so rude and disrespectful. My 15 year old son stood waiting to get a coke while the waitress stood playing on her phone and we watched her look up and just stood there until my husband said something. Every person we spoke to were complaining and had even worse issues than us . The man on the slides was so rude also . We paid for the full works Turkish bath and massage which I would not recommend as the spa itself is run down smells damp and mouldy and in a state of disrepair also was not relaxing and at the what we think was the end led to a sink in a dirty toilet then just left in an empty dark spa so we then just left not knowing I’m what to do It was such a shame as I think maybe during the season this is most likely a lovely hotel as the complex is really nice and the rooms and pools were great It’s such a shame the staff and the hotel clearly gave up by the time we visited. If this is the case maybe do not open as we were informed by tui it would be fully open and we still paid a lot of money for this holiday I’m not writing this review to be picky I’m just not wanting another family to pay as much as we did to expect everything in the good reviews as we did if your visiting in later season as it’s like a completely different hotel and experience Such a shame as could have been really good . Looks were definitely deceiving …. Please take this into account if booking in September.

This is an email we sent to TUI: When we arrived at the hotel it was very late and we was handed our keys with no offer of any assistance to our room which ended up being the furthest away you could imagine and up a big hill before we could even get to our room with two push chairs and suitcases and 2 very tired children, we finally got to our room trying to find a light switch which was hanging of the wall and their was no travel cot upon our arrival where my 18 month old was supposed to sleep in and the sofa bed was also broken, the next morning I went to reception where the staff was very rude and unhelpful which made me feel very uncomfortable i couldn’t bring the following to their attention as the language barrier was very high so I left the reception then I got my partner to go and ask for a travel cot for our little girl. The room was so far away on the complex and away from everything it was like we were put away from every other guest this was very upsetting. After a couple off days while we was using the air conditioner really upset my daughter chest as it was very dirty and I had to go to the local pharmacist to get some caugh medicine and was unable to use the air conditioner again with the recommendation of the pharmacist. When we finally went to go and eat the food choices were very disappointing the food choices was all the same just different for dietary preferences their was full pigs heads on the counters which scared my children also the children menu were the same every night chicken nuggets in corn flakes and chips the menus where very disappointing and the variety off foods were very limited and the same every lunch ,dinner and tea and their was mould on the air conditioner unit on the ceilings I asked my daughter to get me a tooth pick which was full of green mould I mediately sanitised her hands due to this we had no other options to leave the restaurant and go to dine out at local restaurants which we shouldn’t have had to because we had paid for an all inclusive holiday so we didn’t have to worry about meals and drinks but felt like it would be safer to eat out and their was a poster up in the restaurant that their was a sickness bug / gastrointestinal bug which was going around and I didn’t won’t my family to take ill while we have waited a long time for this holiday. we was only 3 days into the holiday and I took my daughters to go get a drink and all the machine were off and had covers over them we were told because it’s end of season that’s why they wasn’t in use when I bought my issues up with the tui reps we were told it’s out off season and that the complex was closing the Monday after we was coming home so the Hotel was preparing to shut down and half the staff had already gone home so they was limited staffing levels. we didn’t feel like we was welcome and made our holiday very much of a burden. so we spent nearly all our holiday out of the complex and spending money we didn’t expect to and having to borr

We recently stayed at the TUI Blue Nevis for an all-inclusive holiday, and while we had some great moments, there were also a few disappointments. What We Loved: The absolute highlight of our stay was the kids' entertainment team. They were fantastic—so engaging, energetic, and genuinely passionate about making sure the children had a great time. Our kids couldn’t wait to join in with the activities every day, and the entertainers really helped make the holiday special for our family. Another big plus was the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep everything spotless, and they were always friendly and professional. A special shout out to the team who patiently cleaned up after our 11-month-old son, who dropped food everywhere during meals. They were so kind and quick to help, making us feel much less stressed about the inevitable mess. What Could Be Improved: Unfortunately, not everything lived up to our expectations. The private beach was quite underwhelming. It lacked the charm and facilities you’d hope for in a beach experience, and didn’t feel particularly well-maintained (no working toilets). To make matters worse, the reception staff were less than helpful. Every time we had a request or needed assistance, their go-to response was, “we can’t do that.” It became frustrating, especially when even the simplest requests felt like too much trouble. Another inconvenience we encountered was with paying for premium drinks and any extras. The staff only accepted cash for these, which made things difficult, especially when we were expecting the convenience of charging them to our room. Having the option to pay by card or add these extras to the room bill would have made the experience much smoother. Overall: While the kids' entertainment and the hard-working cleaning staff made this a memorable trip for our family, the lack of helpfulness from the reception team, the underwhelming beach, and the inconvenient payment methods left us feeling like it didn’t quite meet the standard we were hoping for in a TUI Blue hotel.

Overall my opinion of the hotel changed over the week and ended on a more positive. Feel we were mis sold the room as the images of the junior suite on tui website was far different from what we got. Seemed a lot smaller and not what we had booked. Went to complain to reception to be faced with a very unhelpful lady who was no help whatsoever. The sunbeds could do with updating... A lot were broken with bolts and screws hanging out. The hotel itself was nice enough and the variation of pools was good. The food was always good and a huge range of things to eat. Every meal was nice (but then I'll eat pretty much most things). Kids evening entertainment was good and our three year old loved the mini disco. The main let down was the staff weren't very happy and some seemed a bit out out to be doimg their jobs. Don't get me wrong... I'm no hugely smiley person but I feel people you employ to work in this kind of industry should make people feel welcome and be a bit friendlier. Sunny beach itself was a short walk away and ok for a wonder around. It's just got that Brits abroad kind of feel so wouldn't recommend it of you're not looking for that. Nessebar was lovely.... Some really lovely old buildings and lots of places to eat.... Very quaint. If I could score it 3.5 stars then I would. Glad we have been but wouldn't come back.

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. We all had a great time at blue Nevis there is always food and drink available and plenty of pools to choose from! The rooms are nice and clean and the TUI staff are very helpful, our only small complaint was from my daughter who wasn’t overly impressed with her single pull out bed and to be fair it wasn’t the comfiest! We are going back again next year but have opted for a 2 bedroom apt instead of a family suite. The beach is also approx 10 minute walk from the hotel which is not to bad
