Stayed in a superior double room with balcony for 3 nights. Receptionist checked us in efficiently, but she was not particularly friendly . The same girl was there when we checked out, eventually, when she decided to come in from talking to someone outside. She asked me if there were any problems but when I told her about something she simply shrugged her shoulders. The room is fine, bed was comfortable and good air con. The shower was really good and powerful, however one of the shower doors was missing ( actually it was leaning against the wall outside in the hallway - maybe the maintenance person was on holidays ). But the water wasent going all over the floor either.Also the biggest problem with the shower is that the water fills up very quickly in the shower tray so I had to keep stopping and starting while I waited for the water to drain away. The sink didn't appear to be secured well, if you leaned on it, it looked like it would fall off the wall. Breakfast is next door to the hotel, and was very continental. Dishes that looked like spaghetti based, maybe 2 choices of cereal, melon and some fruit. We had some toast and coffee ( coffee was good). But I didn't notice croissants or pastries etc. We only had it the first morning and didn't bother getting up to have it after that. Good supermarket right across the street. Also a few fast food stalls/booths. The bar across from the hotel seems to have Bulgarian singers most nights - definitely not our cup of tea, and resulted in us retreating in from the balcony to avoid hearing it ! Obviously that's our problem and nothing to do with the hotel. One BIG thing to note in case you don't realize from the description , even though it is mentioned, is that there is no lift, so if stairs are an inconvenience for you, this is not the hotel you need. It's only a few minutes walk to flower street. To sum up our stay , it was adequate, but I would probably not return.

Smallquiet and modern hotel in the center of Sunny Beach. The rooms were spacious, the towels were changed every day, the air conditioner worked. The breakfast is very tasty, and the staff are nice. Thank you, BSA Hotels!

Hotel has a great location, close to all of the clubs, bars, restaurant, beach and main bus station. You can easily get everywhere by foot. The Rooms were big and clean. Not all rooms got a balcony. The breakfast was average with the selection and quality and the seating area is based outside. It was nice in the good weather but not so good when it was windy and colder.

This hotel is in very bad shape. The rooms look good but there is a terrible situation going on with mold there. I have exposed to mold before so I am very sensitive when it comes to places which have it. I have never smelled a mold that strong. There was also a bad smell similar to cats pee. My eyes burned and I felt sick during our stay in the hotel. The toilet was the worst and the smell was the strongest there. You can see the water damage and the mold in the pictures. I don’t think this hotel is safe to anyone but especially not to those who have exposed to mold before. We had air conditioning in our room but it didn’t work during our stay. The staff was friendly at first but after we had checked in they didn’t gave us any sign of friendliness. We needed to print a document for an event and asked the receptionists if she could help us. She didn’t even say hi back or look us in the eyes - she just told coldly no and continued calculating her money. We told that we would go to an event where we need just one printed document and she just told us again that no. We would need to go to a book store (is there even one in Sunny Beach?) and she could not help us. The best part was that there were working printer beside the lady. It was clear that she just didn’t want to help us. In the check out morning they called to our room in advance to get our out of the room even though there was still time to go to do the check out so we were not late. Breakfast was quite okay. First morning they runned out of coffee beans and the staff just walked in front of me and laughed mean instead of helping. Cleaning staff was rude and they watched us oddly like they were mad to us about something. Very rude service and dangerous rooms for your health. Problems with mold is not a fooling matter. Being exposed can do serious damage to you. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Please take care of yourself and don’t come here.

SLECHTSTE HOTEL OOIT! Bij binnenkomst in het hotel wordt er aangegeven dat er geen lift is en de koffer alleen naar boven moet worden gedragen naar 3 hoog. Bij binnekomst in de kamer breekt de deurklink van de badkamer er af. Toen ik de receptie belde kwam er iemand die “manager is”. Zij vroeg of er iemand in de badkamer zat, terwijl wij met zn tweeen maar zijn en de deur überhaupt nog niet hadden open gemaakt omdat de deurklink er af viel. Zij ging haar vader bellen waar wij bij waren hard op in het turks en was de hele tijd aan het hijgen en puffen. Toen ik in de kledingkast in de kamer keek zag ik 1 opgevromelde vieze handoek. Ik vroeg of ik 2 schone mocht hebben. Toen gaf ze mij in eeerste instantie weer een opgevromelde (nieuwe handoek). Elke dag werd de kamer bijna tot niet schoongemaakt wanneer wij het clean bordje hadden opgehangen. Vieze handoeken werden opgehangen,beddengoed werd niet opgevouwen, geen hoeslaken om 1 dekbed. Ik heb 1 keer gevraagd om schone handoeken, omdat wij deze ons hele verblijf niet hebben gekregen. Ze zouden deze komen brengen maar dit is nooit gebeurd. Uiteindelijk bij het uitchecken werd er aangegeven dat er 2 redbull en wodka uit de minibar was gehaald dus dat wij dit moesten betalen. Wij hebben niks uit de mini bar gepakt en gaven dit aan. Heel nonchalant gaf hij aan dat er nu moest worden betaald ookal hebben we dit niet gebruikt. Dit hotel is een en al drama. Ik raad het niet aan.

Ужасный отель. Отменили мою бронь, а перед этим хотели повысить цену. Выкинули на улицу. В отеле живет какая-то пьяная молодёжь. Отель в шумном месте. До моря далеко. Найти очень сложно даже таксисту. Персонал ужасный
