Les installations minimales doivent le demander, ce matin j'ai été effrayé par le service de ménage bruyant devant la porte, comme si cela réveillait des invités qui n'étaient restés qu'une nuit. La règle de départ est vers 12h00, mais la réceptionniste appelle la chambre à 10h00 pour rappeler à la chambre ce qui est en train d'être agrandi. La dernière fois que j'ai séjourné à l'ibis, le nombre d'hôtels étoilés dans lesquels j'ai séjourné est plus poli qu'ici.

Situé dans le centre de Surabaya, chambres propres, personnel sympathique.

Great location because near from surabaya city center. Breakfast menu was okay even it didn't have much choice but the taste was quite tasty. Small room, little bit noisy but clean and good view.

I stayed at Ibis Surabaya City Center one night before my flight to KUL. The stay was okay , the staff was professional and the breakfast was acceptable.

Staying at the Ibis Surabaya hotel was quite satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, and local food can be found behind the Ibis hotel within walking distance. The facilities are adequate, although they are single units even for two occupants. Unfortunately, there is no elevator from the car park, making it quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the car. The food served is delicious and varied, with good service, and uniquely, there is a playground for elementary school-aged children.

The room is Cozy and very convenience. I will be back stay again.

Reasonable hotel. Within walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and located right next to a 24 hour convenience store. Room is fairly equipped and clean. Comfortable stay. However towel looks very tired, time to change them. Cleanliness can be improved too!

1. Second time stay, this time 3D2N and experience was not good, stayed at room 117 of 1st floor, many mosquitoes inside 2. Noisy room, annoying noise from motorcycle out there, also from in-house corridor loudspeaker broadcasting background music even in late at night
