The service at this hotel is absolutely amazing and their service is above par. They go above and beyond for their customers. Staff members like Mohit, Anjali, Lucky, Ashish, Sanjeev, Rohit, Om, Chef Bhawan, and all other members not mentioned as well, as a unit are all amazing to deal with. So much so that I extended my stay by one more day. We have special dietary requirements and they catered for everything, making us special meals every single day in a large breakfast spread. For our rooms and every single aspect they all helped us soo much. I would definitely come back and return.

En d'autres termes, après avoir séjourné à Surat quelques jours après que Park Inn a découvert le secret de l'eau de boisson, j'ai décidé d'aménager un hôtel de meilleure qualité, et je ne pense pas continuer à être désagréable avec l'eau. L'hôtel de la porte Athwalines était déjà appelé The Gateway Hotel Athwalines, qui avait été transféré à la société de la porte l'année précédente. Si une fois, c'est une chance de se faire foutre, deux fois, c'est absolument une échec. Je n'ai jamais pensé que l'eau de boisson de cet hôtel était la même entreprise que Park Inn, et aussi l'eau de recyclage. Je ne sous-estimais pas l'amitié du peuple indien, mais je surestimé l'honneur des capitaines indiens. Ce point de santé n'est pas pour la chambre, mais pour l'eau potable. Mais que faire, le gestionnaire a également la plainte. Si Trip.com ne peut pas faire des commentaires réels, c'est pour le bien de la vie.

D'accord, à moins de 10 minutes de l'aéroport, il y a de nombreux centres commerciaux aux alentours, adaptés aux voyages d'affaires.

The location is good, the staff is good nature d and helpful. The rooms are very small compared to other hotels of the same category. Overall it is a good one but cost wise a bit expensive for the facilities they are providing

Very good stay. After takeover by spree hotels it seems that maintenance has been excellent. Staff were courteous and receptive. Mr. Jay at breakfast took care of all needs. Overall little more expenditure on maintenance would make it great deal.

For a one night stay, i had to change the rooms two times that makes it three rooms in a night. And i am not very particular about the details. I have stayed at street side lodges and been happy. If a hotel lives upto its own promise, its good enough for me. The thing that irked me the most is the Nonchalant attitude of the staff. I write this review to make people alert to not choose a hotel by frontal appearance alone. I was very much looking forward for this stay as the photos looked very good and OYO even said ”sanitised b4 your eyes”. After checking in, i felt, leave alone ”b4 my eyes”, they might not be sanitising it even behind my back. First, Room no-304 : 1) there was a mouse running around the room. (Could not take a video. It did not make an appearance as long as i took a video) 2) There were insects on the bed. 3) The bathroom was not cleaned (evidence- the water from the previous usage was all over the bathroom floor. The previous soap remnants in the soap dish and by the wash basin) The bathroom ceiling has a big opening, thru which u can see the internals of the building and all the plumbing connections. Cigarette smoke coming into the bathroom from somewhere (the bathroom is not facing the outer world, it is facing the floor corridor) I asked for a room change. Got a Room No - 206 1) the commode (water closet). When u flush, all that water leaks into the bathroom  instead of going into the drain plumbing system. (Mind you, this is not the fresh water from the tank of the commode. It is the water which i flushed, the dirty water) 2) paint peeling off from walls. This is not a big issue actually. But why i had to mention it ? If you are trying to portray yourself as a high class star hotel, you better start taking care of the facility, else dont bother marketing yourself as one. Again room change. Now room 208- 1) bathroom not cleaned. (Evidence- presence of a used ointment and soap remnants) One thing they do- clean the main bedroom. Do the sheets. Roll up a blanket and keep it in the closet. Throw a soap for u in the bathroom. So, if they are not even cleaning the bathroom, where does the question of SANITISING raise from, leave alone ”before my eyes” The reception staff were not wearing a mask. Even while speaking to guests. Their response when i told them about the mouse - ”none. No response” they just went on with their duty. Non-chalant behaviour. The things that showed that they did not even care to provide /clean / maintain their own facilities: a) one room did not have a bucket and a mug. I thought, some hotels do not provide. Its ok. b) the second room had both c) the third room had a bucket, did not have a mug. d) in two rooms, the hand shower wall bracket was broken. e) one room, the head shower was leaking all over the place f) Bird Droppings on the window of 304. While waiting for my dinner, I really wanted to say in the review ”food is 5 star. Very good” but alas, horrible food as well

Je pense que le niveau général de l'hôtel est le meilleur de Surat, mais l'emplacement est C'est une lacune, mais c'est vraiment propre.
