This home is absolutely pristine inside with all new furniture, flooring, custom painting and amenities. New living leather sectional seating in living room has been added for the 2023 season. The some of the photos are temporary as the living room furnature is just arrived Nov 2022. We own 3 properties in this "Ocean Watch Villas community! [See also 1365373 and 1201949 for photos and reviews]. Our homes all have our signature high quality bedding and deck furniture. This home will have some very different and distinct colors and beautiful custom faux finished walls. If you have ever been to Surf City, you are familiar with this this home as it sits in a group of 4 iconic luxury ocean front buildings (which make up 8 luxury ocean front town homes). These large beautify candy collored town homes makeup the town of Surf City shore line and sit on North Shore drive in the 100 block next to Daddy Mac’s Restaurant and across from Shaka Taco. This home is the large lavendar home. You can truly park your car when you arrive and not get in it again for your entire vacation! Walking distance (1/2 mile or less) to 15 eating establishments from snow cones and ice cream to some of the islands best restaurants pizza and entertainment for adults and children! You can even walk to the marina and rent a boat, go out on a fishing charter or take a dinner cruise. Walk to the surf city park and enjoy free Friday night outdoor movies and concerts or just enjoy all that the town has to offer. When you come home you can relax by the private community pool overlooking the beach (Private to the 8 luxury town homes). The pool is just exclusive enough to retain the privacy but gives the children and young adults a chance to make friends quickly. While this home has “location, location, location”, the real benefit is the quality of the home itself. The first thing that you will notice is the quality of the construction. The home features porcelain tile and premium vinal plank flooring throughout, heavy trim work and 10 ft ceilings. The quality construction also includes heavy insulation, so you will immediately be impressed by how quiet the home is (important when you are vacationing with a large group). Each of the 4 main bedrooms is a master (having its own private full bathroom attached). The bedrooms are furnished with three King bedroom, and one bunk room (containing on custom build Twin XL over Queen and one custom Twin over twin). These bunk beds are not your typical bunk beds. They have premium mattresses and we have extended the head-space between the beds so an adult can literally sit in the bed without smacking their head on the upper bunk or feeling clustraphobic. The fifth bedroom is what we call an "overflow room". It is located on the entry level and has a custom twin over full bunk to help accommodate the overflow when unexpected additional guests show up (because you know when you have a wonderful place at the beach ….it will happen!). Again, this is a custom built bunk with premium mattresses. Note that this room does not have a private bathroom, (but your guest will find it far superior to a sofa sleeper alternative for your overflow that is offered in many other homes!!) Everyone will appreciate the elevator to move luggage, food and family between floors. We rented for nearly 30 years before we were finally able to purchase our own rental property in Topsail. We used all that knowledge to make this home a superb rental. Here is what we learned and what we have done to make this home a perfect rental experience for you! After location, location, location, comes BEDDING, BEDDING, BEDDING! Ever gone to a great rental only to find that after 2 or 3 nights your body ached due to poor bedding and inferior mattresses? You work too hard for your vacation to take a chance that you bedding will be so horrible that you will not be able to get a restful sleep. Next is deck furniture! Ever go to a home with little or no deck furniture? Or furniture that sits so low you are left looking through the railings like prison bars? This home features high top resin deck chairs. These chairs are not only extremely comfortable, they give you a spectacular unobstructed view of the ocean. Enjoy the stunning views from the two covered ocean front decks overlooking the ocean and swimming pool You will never want to go inside! Fully stocked kitchen and Pantry items: This kitchen is complete with all the kitchen gadgets and utensils you could desire. We even have turkey roasters! The home features a “pay it forward pantry” where we start the prime season with spices, pantry items, coffee, shampoo, paper products, laundry detergent and kitchen non-perishables. These items are available for our guest to use and enjoy on an honor system. We only ask that when you use the last of something, you pay it forward to the next guest by replacing it. If you have non-perishables you do not want to take home, feel free to pay it forward for the next guest to enjoy. Pay it forward beach chairs for guest use: We do not guarantee beach chairs however our guests frequently leave them thus provide several collapsible/folding beach chairs for the home. We all know that the salt air and sand cause these chairs to rapidly degrade. If you use our chairs and one happens to break, we ask that you simply pay it forward and replace the chair so that our next guests can enjoy the benefit of not having to pack these items. You can also feel free to leave a chair behind if you do not have room for it. Parking is under the home for 3 large cars. If cars are small compact cars, you can sometimes squeeze a 4th but you may not have the car hang out into the driveway and can not park in any of the community common area (it is a tow away zone with towing enforced). Overflow paid public parking is available directly across the street. Weekly rates are available for the paid public parking. 500 count premium bed linens are included: Furnishings Matter! This home features seating for 10 around the dinner table and seating for 4 at the bar counter. Because we understand that sometimes you may need to check in at work or check your personal email, the home has a small office set up including desk, chair and computer monitor in the 2nd floor master bedroom for the use of our guests during their stay. The home also has commercial grade router for fast reliable service throughout the home. Free Early Check in: Most homes check in at 3-5 pm or charge a fee from $150 to $250 to check in early. We offer our guests FREE EARLY CHECK-IN at 1:00 PM! You will be surprised what a different that makes to get settled in early and enjoy the beach! Had a wonderful time ! The house was beautiful and worked out perfectly, everyone enjoyed the pool .The hosts were excellent in keeping us updated and were available if we needed anything or had questions .

Wonderful week! Convenient to everything, we can leave the cars parked and walk anywhere we need to go. Great location for kids, they can be in the pool or on the beach- all in easy view.

Amazing beach trip The house was beautiful, with high ceilings and a gorgeous view. The mattresses stood out as probably the most comfortable I've had, especially for a beach house. The heated pool was perfect for our young kids. Location can not be beat for Surf City, plently of walkable activities. Ted, the owner, was an incredible host, very responsive, and truly cared about our stay. 100% recommend.

Great Location The owner (Ted) is a gentleman and was highly responsive to several minor issues. The property was clean, well-appointed, and in the center of town, which for folks who enjoy walking about to eat and shop, it's perfect. Not many places in the Carolinas provide this type of location.
