It's the best hotel hotel located at Birendranagar Surkhet. Hospitality offered by the hotel staff is very much praiseworthy.Some of the staff such as Samina Banu are role Model. She was very cooperative and helpful.Thank you and hopefully will be coming soon and will definitely stay this time with my entire family and friends. Great Job!

The Hotel Manager and his team, were very helpful and accomodating. The housekeeping and dinning area staff were young people but very polite, respectful and always cheerful, with a smile. It was a very pleasant and successful stay, for the business purpose I visited Surkhet. It is very easily located, near to the airport and the main bazar. So communicating using the local transport, tempo (auto) is also convenient.

The only hotel to stay in Surkhet. The service, the rooms and the food is the best in Surkhet. It also has the best modern and clean gym in Surkhet - the only one here. There is also a very well maintained and clean swimming pool. - perfect for the hot days in Surkhet. For gym junkies like me - there are two running machines, a cross trainer, and a spinning bike of sorts as well as a Smith Machine, squat rack and a bunch of plates and dumbells, as well as some other fancy machines :). There are different rooms - ones in the old wing which are slowly being upgraded, and the new wing which are tastefully done. I stay in the new wing. With Badri Koirala as the General Manager, the wonderful team has become even more professional. Badri is a perfectionist, who treats every client with the utmost of hospitality and warmth, and a great sense of humour! The team are young adults who are sources of much inspiration, and always there to help.

Phenomenal Hotel with great pool. Two things stand out the most for me: 1) the staff are very experienced and friendly without being pushy Especially Housekeeping manager Upin thapa and Life guard Saroj pandey at the pool side very helpful, excellent hospitality and approachable they made sure that we had a gret time, obviously well trained and put the customer at the center of what they do thank you guys 😊2) the whole place including the pool really clean water as compared to others very well maintained 🥰 overall my whole experience was very relaxing and I will definitely come back.
