Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

En tant que membre de Bonvoy, j'ai séjourné à l'hôtel partout aux États-Unis. Ce n'était pas l'un des meilleurs. Bien que je comprends qu'il s'agit d'un village de resort, octobre est la deuxième saison, et pas la première saison d'été quand un hôtel comme celui-ci serait emballé. Nous avons fait le check-in le jeudi. Nous n'avons pas eu de service de la mairie jusqu'à ce que nous nous sommes sortis lundi, pas même pour empêcher le déchargement. Nous avons arrêté au bureau frontal pour obtenir des sacs de décharge pour pouvoir changer les sacs de décharge. Le bureau de la frontière a dit de mettre le débris dans la salle, où il s'est assis pendant plus d'un jour. Nous avons trouvé des chips de pommes de terre qui n'étaient pas à notre place par le divan, le drapeau de robe n'était pas fermé, l'éclairage était très sombre dans la chambre, il n'y avait que des curtains très clairs dans les fenêtres avant, donc il n'était ni sombre ni privé dans la chambre à aucun moment et très Le salon est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas grand, la nourriture d'orange était extrêmement aqueuse, les « omelettes » étaient micro-ondes avec fromage transformé, pas beaucoup remboursable ici. Dépensez quelques dollars plus et restez à un hôtel de meilleure qualité. C'est NU un hôtel que je choisirais de rester à nouveau.

Grande location. Beaucoup de restaurants à choisir de près et à pied jusqu'au centre commercial Tanger. Hôtel et chambre sont propres. Il a beaucoup de points de charge USB à l'intérieur de la suite. Lieutenant lit. Salle de bain est propre et bien éclairée. La seule chose que je peux dire est qu'ils doivent augmenter la pression sur la tête de douche. Il a une piscine et un gym. Je recommande très fortement et je retournerai pour le prochain voyage d'affaires.

Our room was clean and breakfast included eggs, sausage, pancakes in addition to home made oatmeal, breads etc. However, I miss not having a coffeepot in our room. The response was coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. However there are no decaf options in the evening. I was sent next door to the Starbucks to purchase two decafs that set me back $8.50. I asked for referrals to local restaurants for dinner. Neither of the staff had any ideas except to send me to Rehobeth aprox 20 miles away. Our room did have a small refrigerator but it did not have a freezer. There were no microwaves in the room. So in summary, although clean and reasonable priced, I will not be staying at any Trus in the future.

IInvitéWe enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach. It's on the main Coastal Highway near many restaurants, and close drive to beaches Our room was clean at arrival and updated. And the hotel is well kept and comfortable. My only complaint is that they are still not doing housekeeping. Not even light cleaning in between nights, and you have to drag your dirty towels down to the lobby to get new ones, and the response everyday ”I hope housekeeping has some here to give”. I understand a lot of hotels aren't, but I really am finding this unacceptable for the costs paid. And again, while I know some other hotels also aren't, unless it's mentioned, hotels just keep doing this uncceptable practice. The pool was very nice, but there were never clean towels on the rack for the pool in the 4 days we were there, and always had to go to the desk to ask them, and the response was always, ”I don't know if housekeeping has any there”. We just gave up on the last day and just used our used beach tiwels Free breakfast was average typical hotel free breakfast. Nothing special or spectacular, but acceptable and fine, even if average. All in all, we did have a great stay. And I would have given a 5 star if not for the lack of daily housekeeping and the towel hassle of having to deal with dirty wet towels schlepping to the front desk and begging for more towels.

IInvitéJe leur donnerais un zéro si je pouvais. Nous avons séjourné ici la nuit du samedi 9 avril 2022. Nous avons juste dormi bien, mais à 12 h 30 on s'est réveillés à crier, à baiser les portes et à courir et descendre les sentiers/escaliers. Cela a continué par 3AM. Nous avons aussi pu fumer de cigarettes et de fumer *********. Nous avons appelé au bureau et le clérigé de nuit a dit ”elle s'en occupait”. Oui, après avoir menacé de téléphoner à la police, elle a dû appeler et les flics ont jeté un groupe de ”peuples” qui se levaient en enfer dans les heures du matin. Ma femme et moi avons eu un voyage de 7 heures de route avant nous le lendemain, mais nous n'avons qu'environ trois heures de sommeil cette nuit! Le lendemain, nous attendions de vérifier l'hôtel jusqu'à Melissa, le gestionnaire, est arrivé à 8AM. Lorsque nous lui avons dit que nous avions dormi 3 heures et nous nous sommes plaints Sur le bruit, la cigarette et le tabagisme, Melissa est devenue très sarcastique et elle a dit : ”J'ai seulement trois heures de sommeil, aussi, parce que la police m'a appelé pour tous les problèmes ici ! Je ne peux pas être ici pour emmener les invités, vous savez ! ” (citation directe). Lorsque je me plaignais du fait qu'ils ont toutes ces ”règles” mais qu'ils ne les appliquent pas, elle a juste argué et dit : ”Qu'est-ce que vous voulez que je dise?” Incroyable. Et ********* est ouvertement utilisé, elle m'a demandé ”Que voulez-vous que je dise?” Si vous voulez rester dans la maison de chimpanzé au zoo pendant le temps de nourriture, allez et réservez une chambre ici. En fait, le zoo aurait mieux logements!

IInvitéWhere to start. 1st off, someone at booking.com told me that all rooms were non-smoking and that people were guided to the nearest smoking area. LIE. My special request was non smoking. They almost made me turn around and drive another 3.5 hours home. But they ”pulled strings” and got someone to switch with me for non-smoking AFTER telling me that I could go somewhere else the manager called....wanting me to pay another 500$....I said no way. The floors were absolutely DISGUSTING! My 1 year olds feet, legs and hands were BLACK from dirt and grime. The bathtub floor was stained grey from it, too. They do NOT shampoo the carpets. Ever. There was crayon marks all over the rooms. Very badly patched areas on the wall. Doors were busted....like won't even shut/latch busted. The bathroom didn't even have a fully functioning knob....half of it was missing. The people over top of us came in at like 12 am. And their kids were running around like crazy. Stomping. My daughter called the front desk, he said he'd take care of it. It went on for another 20-30 mins. So I had to walk down here, where as he said he walked next to the room and didn't hear anything, so I had to threaten to call the police if they didn't do anything about all the ruckus. (It was 230am.....) The bathtub drain was clogged with other people's gross hair and it drained slow because of it. I asked a staff member for a few extra trash bags because I didn't want room service in the room and I have a baby in diapers, that way I could take them out to the trash reception outside and dispose of them. He asked what room and never came...... Breakfast was nothing but junk food. They could offer eggs, waffles, sausage, bananas, apples and yogurt instead of just tiny junk muffins, donuts and other breads and cereal. My son found 2 loose screws somewhere. How great. No wifi. There was trash stuck/left between the fridge (which needs updating, btw....) and the cupboards. The fridge was old and the light kept flickering when it wanted to work.
