La chambre était très confortable et agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et très arrangeant. L’hôtel est bien placé. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour ici.

Au début je pensais que l’hôtel était mal placé mais c’est tout le contraire. Vous avez juste à prendre le pond et il y a un centre commercial et le métro. L’hôtel est propre, le personnel agréable et il y a des machines à laver

The staff was very kind because they upgraded our room. The room was very clean, the bathroom and toilet were separated which was very helpful. Drinking water was refilled every day as much as 4 bottles. The cold AC and blackout curtains really made me sleep soundly. Amenities and slippers were refilled every day. Close to the MRT, mall and food street. If I come back to Suzhou, I will come back to this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Spacious well furnished room with most comfortable bed. Friendly and attentive staff. Good location, few minutes walk across a river to metro station and tourist sites.

The Audio Visual Room was quite comfy and nice. I personally did not feel suffocated at all in the enclosed room although there were no windows as expected.
They have washer & dryer as well as robot service which will send your food delivery to your room door which is very convenient (Just note to the delivery rider to leave the deliver at the front desk and write your room number).
The hotel is located between 2 train stations about 10mins walk from each. For car pickup, the hotel does not have a front door dropoff area where your Didi can stop, so just set the pickup point in front of the hotel's carpark. Overall the stay was comfortable for it's price.

I got a free room upgrade because they had run out of the room type I had originally booked. Love how high tech it was - the curtains were switch-controlled, the washroom had a smart toilet, and your food delivery is sent up to your room by a cute but mildly terrifying robot (see pic). There was a nice spread for breakfast. The cleaners also respect the do not disturb sign - I will commend them because this is not the case in some hotels. The place smelled very nice and the staff were very friendly and professional. Laundry was free, which I found to be a pleasant surprise. Lastly, which you needed a Chinese number to connect to the hotel wifi, the staff were ready to help with the verification and the room wifi did not require one.
Only cons I can think of are that towels were not provided (or maybe I had to ask and I didn’t), and the washroom walls are somewhat translucent so it might be awkward if you’re sharing the room.

Our 8-day stay at Elong has been exceedingly comfortable with the availability of conveniences that matter particularly laundry - the laundry room at Elong is clean and well-equipped. The hotel is also situated in a convenient location, close to many local amenities and sights.

Had a wonderful time staying at Elong hotel with family.
The staffs are attentive, friendly and very helpful to foreigner like us.
The room is clean with comfortable bed.
About 10 mins walk to Changmen and 18 mins to Pingjiang road. Overall it is a great hotel and will consider to stay at Elong hotel when come to Suzhou in the future.
