Once the historical site of the Warren Water Company, our meticulously designed retreat Living Room: Comfortable seating and dedicated work space. Fully Stocked Kitchen: Plenty of counter space and a large kitchen island. Bedroom: Queen size bed and AC cooling. Bathroom: Full bath with everything included. Backyard: Fully fenced in, perfect for entertaining. Living Room First room when entering the unit. Comfortable seating around a coffee table in front of a 50in HDTV, geared up with Roku ready to go. Books and reading materialAC unit attached to one of the windows. Plenty of natural light streaming in from large windows. Dedicated work space with large desk and comfortable office chair. Plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Fully Stocked Kitchen Plenty of counter space and a large kitchen island affords a pleasant cooking experience. Fully stocked with cookware and plateware. Stainless steel appliances including stove and dishwasher. Two stools tucked into the island’s overhanging countertop for eating space. Bedroom Queen size bed, window mounted AC, two end tables and a comfortable chair. Natural light from spacious windows. Comfortable bedding and extra pillows. Bathrooms Just off the kitchen, the bathroom features a full tub and shower with all essential toiletries and amenities provided. Backyard Fully fenced in with verdant green plants provide a private and peaceful outdoor space. A large central table in the middle next to a stainless steel grill. Charcoal not included. Please note, access to the basement is not included. - No need to bring towels, sheets and bedding everything is provided - Toiletries are available in the home and restocked after every stay - This historic three-story duplex features traditionally narrow and steep stairways without an elevator - There are narrow stairs leading to this unit, please be careful when carrying luggage up the stairs - Washer and dryer are not included, however there is a laundromat nearby - Parking accommodates two standard-sized vehicles Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at a Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - No Parties or Events. - Quiet Hours observed, 10:00pm - 8:00am. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro Homes directly. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts, fee typically applies. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. -- This property has four exterior cameras, one at each entrance to the building. - Some homes have pools and hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features. - Use at your own risk. - In the State of Rhode Island and in Bristol County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax.
