It is a land that still preserves the love for tradition, translated into the valorisation of craftsmanship and typical cuisine, enhanced by an excellent oil and wine.THE HOUSEThe house is on two floors and has terracotta floors and exposed beams in all the rooms.The entrance door overlooks the kitchen-dining room, with a large fireplace; It is furnished in typical Tuscan peasant style and equipped with appliances: oven and hob, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Small appliances available: coffee and cappuccino machine, toaster, kettle, food processor. Next to the worktop there is a small utility room with a washing machine. Through an arch leads to a living room with a large sofa bed, television and DVD player. The living room is equipped with air conditioning in common with the kitchen.Going up the stairs in wood and wrought iron leads to the first floor. This is the oldest part of the house and is lit by one of the original windows of the oratory and a glass door.From the landing you can reach the bedroom, with two bunk beds and a wardrobe. Also in this room opens one of the windows of the eighteenth-century oratory. On the right of the landing there is a small entrance which opens onto the bathroom and the master bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The double bedroom is furnished with a wrought iron bed and a decorated wardrobe. From the entrance you can also access a small closet, which can be used as a storage room. Both rooms have an air conditioning system.The house is surrounded on three sides by the garden, with private pool of 5m x 10 m, shower, sunbeds and deckchairs.
