We are located in a residential area that is between two small towns that are about a 15-20 min walk away. They offer a variety of restaurants and food markets. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a 7 min walk away. This apartment is the largest unit in a private gated two villa and guesthouse property that are also for rent. We are excited that the new road has opened which makes getting here from the Puerto Vallarta airport quick and easy. We are about a 1 hr drive from the airport.
