Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cet endroit est près du centre d'accueil des visiteurs du Grand Canyon, à seulement 20 minutes en voiture. Le parking a beaucoup d'espace. La chambre est propre. Le hall propose du café, du thé chaud et une barre énergétique. Pas de petit-déjeuner fourni mais une réduction de 10 % dans un café à proximité. La nourriture y est assez bonne mais le prix est un peu élevé.

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents. L'avantage est l'emplacement idéal, entouré de fast-foods comme McDonald's et KFC, de stations-service, de supermarchés Walmart, et à proximité de Horseshoe Bay et d'Antelope Canyon. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. L'inconvénient est l'hygiène déplorable de la chambre : des crayons cassés et de la vaisselle jetable jonchent le sol, et la climatisation fait un bruit de tracteur la nuit.

Very clean, looks new, and not a bad location. Could have more spacious room for breakfast, and to provide more spare toilet paper.

La chambre est au troisième étage et on peut se garer directement en bas. L'emplacement est également bon, à quelques pas des restaurants, et l'hôtel possède son propre restaurant. Mais le service est décevant ! Nous avions apporté notre propre nourriture et voulions emprunter une assiette en porcelaine pour la réchauffer au micro-ondes, mais on m'a donné une boîte à lunch en mousse plastique en m'expliquant qu'elle passait au micro-ondes. Le patron me prend peut-être pour un *****… L'oreiller n'est pas propre et j'ai commencé à avoir une éruption cutanée au cou le lendemain. La réception avait l'habitude de demander comment s'était passé votre séjour. Je l'ai signalé à la réception, qui m'a répondu : « Je suis désolé de l'apprendre et je vais en informer le personnel d'entretien. » Je ne reviendrai pas ici : l'hygiène est mauvaise, le service est médiocre et l'emplacement est bon.

Ayant manqué la visite d'Antelope Canyon lors de mon précédent voyage au Grand Canyon, je suis venu(e) cette fois-ci expressément de Phoenix, en remontant vers le nord, pour combler ce manque. L'hôtel était très fréquenté et il y avait la queue au petit-déjeuner aux heures de pointe. Cependant, le personnel était très dévoué et professionnel, toujours affairé.

La position est à côté de l'extérieur 40, très proche de la vieille ville, beaucoup de magasins et restaurants dans la ville, l'hôtel est propre, l'équipement n'a pas de provocation, il ya des micro-ondes, la voie vidéo est facile à utiliser.

Nice simple room, just as shown in the photos. The problem i had was with the manager at the hotel who told me that I would have to pay 10 USD extra per night for booking the hotel through a third party (in this case, Trip.com). I didn't agree as this wasn't included in the booking, but what I didn't appreciate in particular was the unpleasant attitude of the manager. Finally, after a longer discussion, he agreed to waive the additional payment. Breakfast could be imported also.
