Très propre et propre hôtel, la localisation est également très bonne. L'hôtel est connecté au centre d'exposition et à l'hôtel Kayton, c'est une excellente option pour les voyageurs. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également de qualité. Dépassant les attentes.

L'hôtel et la chambre sont propres mais un peu datées. Le café est gratuit dans le hall du matin, et il y a aussi une machine à café et des capsules gratuites dans la chambre. La chambre est vieille mais confortable à vivre dans. Juste qu'il est près de l'aéroport, une perte elle-même, mais il y a aussi des lacunes qui peuvent être assez bruyants quand les avions partent.

Our experience was a good one. My husband and I commented on the cleanliness of everything! The breakfast was typical but good. The pool/hot tub was on the smaller side, but for us, it was perfect having a 5 year old who loves to swim. I took one star off for amenities due to there being no actual vending machines, but instead, the little ”store” in the lobby, it was a bit overpriced.

We had positive experience in my past stays at LaQuinta. However, the recent stay at Hilliard, OH was quite different. Key issues were moldy shower curtain and housekeeping. Specifically: 1 Failure to reinstall replacement shower curtain until the night shift manager, “Mohamed” personally came to our room to install it around 11 PM. 2 We put “Do not Disturb” sign on the outside door handle. It was intended to having housekeeper coming back at later time after we left the room at 11AM with the sign removed. However, no housekeeping was done. The explanation we got was “Whenever housekeeper saw the “Do not Disturb” sign, they just assumed no housekeeping was needed. Most of the hotels I stayed in, the housekeeping would be automatically done later after the sign was removed, or at least a curtesy call /message will be left on room phone. Two of the four nights we stayed, housekeeping work only included bed made. No vacuum, garbage can not emptied, used cups not replaced, sink and counter not cleaned. Suggestion: Replace current sign which has “Do Not Disturb” on both sides to “Do not Disturb” on one side and “Please Clean Room” on the other side. This would make it clear to housekeepers to perform their normal services. We checked in on Thursday evening. On Friday morning, we found that the left side of the heavy window curtain was stuck. We reported it to the front desk and were promised that it would be taken care of. Nothing was ever done. We were only able to have partial daylight and only saw half of the outside scene during our entire stay.

Nothing special about this place. The room was comfortable, the elevator worked, and it was generally quiet. There was sufficient parking and it was close to the venue we were attending. Breakfast left a bit to be desired as we got some sort of dried out egg until fresh came out after wards. The diced potatoes were also a bit dry but it is buffet-style so it was what it was. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Le petit déjeuner est très américain, assez à manger, ne peut pas être trop haut, la chambre n'est pas grande, ne peut pas être un lit d'appoint, mais le lit est très grand, grand et petit, pas de problème, le climatiseur est froid, mais le le bruit est un peu gros, la moquette est un problème courant dans les hôtels américains. Très proche de l'aéroport, parking gratuit. Il y a des stations-service, des petits magasins de proximité et des hamburgers dans l'hôtel. Les heures d'ouverture sont très longues et cela peut résoudre le problème de la faim.

We booked the one night and check in was easy and fast. Went thru the hall doors to access our room and the hall was so smokey and smells of **** strong. Our rooms were clean. Vending machine ******. Morning breakfast don't exist. No pool. Over all for just a place to sleep it did its job.
