Each bedroom has super comfy mattresses, blackout curtains, and flat screen TVs. Linen service - sheets and bath towels - is included. The third bedroom (3 twins) is a sleep den with no closet. Also there is the natural scenery view including the ocean from dining room and master bedroom balconies. WiFi is available and we also supply a private secure internet access within the unit. Complex has a swimming pool and ocean front decks available to renters. The unit is 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with living room, dining room, and kitchen. King size bed in Master bedroom, Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, two Twin size beds in 3rd bedroom, and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TVs with cable in living room (Samsung Smart TV) and master bedroom (Roku Smart TV) DVD players, Queen bedroom TV with Roku with access to Xfinity, removable bed rails for small children, a high chair, pak-n-play, lots of books and games. Colony by the Sea sits on a private beach, so it is not crowded and perfect for relaxation and fun!There are 2 elevators in our complex that offer hotel baggage carts, as well as a ramped loading zone so that unpacking and carrying your things to our unit is easy breezy!Other things to noteOur Oasis provides your bed linens and towels as part of the cleaning fee. We provide:-King Bedding (linens sheets comforter pillows)-Towels, washcloths, and hand towels-You will also receive a starter pack of:-Toilet paper and paper towels.
