Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

Cet hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville de Seattle. Il faut environ 8 à 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre les stations de métro et les centres commerciaux à proximité. Vous pouvez également rejoindre à pied l'emblématique Needle de Seattle en 20 minutes environ. Les équipements des chambres sont également relativement neufs et 2 bouteilles d'eau sont fournis gratuitement à la réception, ce qui est mieux que ça. Les autres hôtels aux Etats-Unis où j'ai séjourné à cette époque étaient meilleurs, je n'ai pas pris leur petit-déjeuner, donc je ne sais pas comment c'était. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux et poli.

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

(약 20분) • 단점은 변기 수압이 약합니다. • 단점 커피머신은 있지만 커피포트가 없습니다.

La position géographique de l'hôtel est confortable, il y a quelques minutes de route à partir de la gare de rail léger et de la gare monorail, et il est très pratique d'aller à l'aéroport et à l'aiguille spatiale. Les installations de l'hôtel sont générales, mais les lits sont confortables. Tous les membres du personnel de l'hôtel sont très bien attitudes. Parce que l'hôtel est sur la route, il n'est pas relativement calme. Mais la localisation et le service méritent de choisir.

Deux grands lits, trois pour trois. Bonjour. L'approvisionnement commencera à six heures. Découvrez super vite. La plupart des choix pour aller à Rainier Snow Mountain vivent ici, conduisant dans les montagnes enneigées pendant environ une heure. Le supermarché environnant Ole est très proche. Manger est aussi pratique.

적극 추천드립니다. 공항과 아주 근접합니다. 택시로 10분~ 35불 냈고요. 호텔셔틀이 있어서 이용하시면 됩니다. 셔틀버스 크고 너무 좋고 기사님도 많이 친절하셨습니다. 로비 프론트 청결하고 시설이 현대적이라서.. 본인도 손님들도 다 좋아하실듯합니다. 밤늦게 도착해서 직원들 친절한지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 조식도 먹지 않아서 잘 모르겠고, 엘리베이터 옆에 커피와 차는 퀄리티 좋았습니다. 가성비도 좋고 침구 화장실 바닥 카펫 너무 깨끗했습니다.

Pour un voyageur de passage. Cet endroit est toujours agréable à visiter. Avec leur service de petit-déjeuner ainsi que des cocktails le soir. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper et une navette vers l'aéroport est un plus. Comme j'aimerais qu'ils proposent des prix réduits pour nous, les personnes âgées. Parce que c'est un peu cher pour nous. C'est tout !

The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

I rented an accessible room for almost $600 for 3 nights, except it wasn’t one. The toilet handrail too high, toilet too low. The handrail in the back of the toilet out of reach and completely useless. Shower had the shower head 6-7 feet high on right,the bath bench on the left wall 5 feet away. The faucet half way in the middle about 5 feet high. No counter space for the sink. Being quite mobile compared to people on wheelchair, I had a lot of trouble using the arrangement. There was absolutely no thinking behind construction of the bathroom…a hard to slide door with no handle included. Mattress, on the left side was very deep and uneven. Altogether, being usually independent, I had a lot of trouble with the setup which obviously was only very minimal ADA standard or not,and quite useless. I wouldn’t stay there any more, but the lesson of it was not to trust the ads and websites, and always check.
