Overall it is good and I am satisfied with the service at this price. Although it is a little bit far from downtown area, the transportation is acceptable. Gym and breakfast are good!

Very nice experience. The Inn is close to shopping and restaurants, was clean, the staff were friendly, the room was large and everything made for a nice stay.

Although the location is a bit out of the way when visiting Boston, I would still consider staying there again. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with a light-weighted and thin comforter that kept me warm throughout the night, making for a very quiet and restful sleep. The property was very clean, and the shower water ran hot immediately without any waiting. The afternoon and night shift employee on Sunday was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my questions and assisted me with printing my boarding pass—truly 5-star service. In contrast, the Monday morning and afternoon front desk employee had a noticeably different attitude. When I stopped at the front desk, she did not make eye contact and made me feel unwelcome. Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars. Overall, averaging the experience, I would give the service a 4-star rating.

Le lieu de départ dans la ville est pratique. Bien que les équipements soient légèrement anciens, le personnel de service est super! Le petit déjeuner est relativement fixe, mais le choix est plein; il y a des produits de lavage de base, mais pas de dents, etc., vous devez vous rappeler. J'habite dans mon salon personnel, cette chambre n'a que des lits, mais l'espace est très grand, très conforme à mes besoins personnels.

Notre séjour au Marriott s'est très bien déroulé mis à part au checkin où le staff s'était trompé sur notre réservation mais ils ont su corriger le problème directement et nous ont même offert un cadeau. Les chambres sont plutôt propres et les lits très agréables. L'hôtel est un peu vieux mais la réception et le restaurant a été refait à neuf ce qui rend l'hôtel moderne malgré tout.

Lastly, if you are booking somewhere with a free breakfast because you are looking forward to it, this is not your place. They offered watered down sunny D, water, one type of muffin, bread, cereal, potatoes, gritty watery scrambled eggs, and some kind of “French toast casserole”. Not a yogurt or a meat choice in sight, with a big sign asking you not to bring breakfast to your room. That may be common- but in my opinion I should be allowed to bring back my children or mother a meal if they don’t want to come to the dining room, and if we are responsible enough to order takeout to our room then we must be responsible enough to have a light breakfast as well. For the price point, unappetizing breakfast, and the insect activity; I will next time choose a more franchised option. Sunrise from the room on the lake was a beauty though!

L'hôtel est loin de Boston. Il est adéquat pour les amis avec voiture. Mais la chambre est grande et les installations sont complètes. La qualité des lits est également très bonne. La nuit environ est plus sûre et le parking gratuit est très bon rapport coût/efficacité!
