This beautiful unit features stunning mountain views from the living area as well as the bedroom, and is located at the resort within the Lodge at Mountaineer Square at the base of the mountain in Mt. CB Village. LMS is the newest and most luxurious building on the mountain. This spacious, slope-facing 4th floor elevator-accessed unit features incredible views of the slopes, the Butte, & an expansive vista of the glorious range. Its decor is simple and elegant, and it features in-unit laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen, a heated garage for two vehicles, and updated (March 2022) high-speed WiFi in the room. The Lodge amenities including ski and bike valet, a fitness center, a pool & hot tub, as well as a dry sauna. This unit is winter ski in/out and easy mountain bike access in the summer and fall. An independent coffee shop, ice cream shop and a cocktail bar are located in the building as is the lift ticket and pass office. Restaurants just steps away include the Crested Butte Burger Co. and the Ooxaca-inspired 'Jose Crested Butte.' Mountaineer square features numerous ski, bike and gear shops for rentals, repairs and purchases. CB's incredible Adaptive Sports Center is located in the building next door. Located just uphill from the base area with a five minute walk to dining and shops, this unit has everything you need to make your stay a great one. As you enter the living space you will see a spacious great room with fireplace, the dining area and kitchen.Heading up the spiral stairs, you will find the master bedroom boasts a large, natural wood king bed with an en suite full bath. This is a renovated, 2 bedroom/2 bath Chateaux condo! It's a great location, you can take a 5 minute walk to the slopes or take the shuttle that runs through the parking lot every 20 minutes. The kids and adults alike will enjoy the outside pool and hot tub with men's and women sauna as well as a changing area. The ground floor condo makes loading/unloading easy. And the building is directly next to the pool house so no long cold walks. Other things to note:The condo is set up with an open floor plan with the dining and living area. The living room has a real wood burning fireplace with wood supplied by the HOA (directly next to our condo). Off the living area is a great deck with views of Mt. Crested Butte. The dining area seats 6 with additional bar seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs to prepare a meal. It has granite countertops and new appliances. There is a storage closet off the main living room to hold your skis, gear, and jackets.The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub. The sink features a beautiful granite top and new cabinetry. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins) and another ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also features granite counters and new cabinetry. The pool complex is open for the duration of the ski season and reopens the 3rd weekend of June through Labor Day and weekends until October. The pool area also has two gas grills available for guest use to make the perfect summer BBQ overlooking the peak of Crested Butte. There is also a bike washing station located on the side of the pool building nearest to our condo. Please note that at times the pool complex is closed, you will not be able to use the grills. The condo is on the bus route and runs every 20 minutes. In the winter the bus goes to the ski base area where you can catch the town bus for your evening out in CB.
