We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance. The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay. In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

J'ai séjourné une nuit supplémentaire après ma réservation initiale. Le service est resté tout aussi excellent. Ohhh demander à la table frontale pour l'assistance avec un taxi à l'aéroport. Très cher que l'Uber ou levée.

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Très bon et très spécial. Il y a du café dans le salon toute la journée. Il y a du macaron la nuit! La chambre est propre et a une très bonne humeur du sud. La position du transport est également relativement pratique. Dans l'ensemble, il est recommandé

Perfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything to do in downtown New Orleans. Room was very clean, bathroom was small but understandable. Staff was very friendly and nice even during an influx of check ins. They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice. Beverage fridge in the room was stocked full with variety for purchase. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned without having to ask for anything. Overall a great stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel despite being to NOLA way too many times to count. Will definitely add to my rotation of hotels for future stays.

Tout le reste était bon, le parking était cher. Mais ce n'est pas un problème avec cet hôtel, mais le parking est cher dans toute la ville. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, à dix minutes à pied de la zone francophone.

L'hôtel était très confortable et tout était à pied, mais ce que je n'aime pas était le paiement de parking si je reste.

2) Après avoir quitté cet hôtel, l'hôtel m'a emporté sur ma carte de crédit $83.05, et 𣎴 me donne la facture et la facture. (Si c'est un frais de stationnement d'un jour, il devrait être plus de 40 $). J'ai appelé à l'hôtel pour demander, il n'y avait que des enregistrements, aucune réponse. À trois heures du pic de l'après-midi, des dizaines d'invités sont en ordre d'entrer. La réception n'est que deux personnes, l'un d'entre elles n'est qu'un membre, les autres clients ne peuvent se faire que secs, un hôtel 4 étoiles avec plus de 1000 chambres, ce n'est pas approprié.
