It was a great two nights escape from home. Here are all impressions starting from our arrival: Parking ''pay per hour'' in front of the main hotel gates, but free just on the other side of the hotel and behind it. First half hour is free even in front of the main hotel door, so You can take out Your luggage. Very pleasant and helpful staff at the reception desk. Nice first impressions of the lobby. Biggest lobby I ever seen with all new and comfortable furniture (full of people at the evening). Room was standard size, with one large double bed (although with the connection of two mattresses in the middle) and one folding sofa. Nice big balcony, although not usable in cold January. As far as I could see in the passage while the maids were cleaning, mostly all the rooms were of the same size and quality. Great heating (important for vinter period). Beautiful bathroom and one of the nicest shower cabins ever. Large TV with some German and Serbian channels in addition to Hungarian ones. The only drawback of the room is the rather uncomfortable sofa bed. The part under the head is at an angle (slope), which is very uncomfortable. The staff told me that unfortunately all sofas are like that, because they are brand new and they were all bought the same. But if a small child sleeps on it, it can go down under that slope, and the sofa will still be long enough for him (which unfortunately was not possible in my case). Fairly soft mattresses on the large bed. Standard mini bar. Comfortable bathrobes and towels for both the bathroom and swimming pools. Dry and warm connection of the hotel to the aquapark! We've already been to this aquapark before but only daily, so there were no surprises there, and on this occasion I won't mention what's in the aquapark, but I'll concentrate on the hotel itself. What I didn't know is that apart from the water attractions in the aquapark itself, the hotel has an excellent spa on its ground floor (over 16 years old only). Aroma room, salt room, several different saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi, massages, tepidarium, outdoor wooden sauna, small pool, bar...all that will surely make me want to return, just with my wife. And then, after swimming and resting, we come to dinner! I can safely say that the food in this hotel is one of the best we have ever had. Probably one of the 3 best. Shall I start listing?.....Just briefly - all the most famous and most beautiful Hungarian national as international dishes in fantastic quality! Children's food corner - fantastic. Breakfast is no less varied and high-quality than dinner. Everything in buffet style. Btw, the hotel was full and the dining room was very crowded, but everything worked perfectly, and most of the guests could be heard praising the food. In the evening, a few interesting amenities for the children in the hotel (most of the guests are families with children because of the aquapark). Les propriétaires devraient informer sur le site Web du tarif de stationnement, comme dans tous les hôtels que j'ai séjourné en Europe, personne n'a été facturé pour cela et déffo n'est pas de 15€! En général , une bonne expérience , mais il faut une amélioration dans de nombreux aspects .

L'hôtel est situé à mi-chemin entre la gare et le centre-ville, à deux pas de marche. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel et l'atmosphère de l'hôtel est moderne mais peut-être manque dans une certaine atmosphère - on pourrait vraiment être dans n'importe quelle ville, rien ne parle vraiment de l'existence dans le sud de la Hongrie. La chambre avait tout ce dont on avait besoin - elle a tout fait bien, mais sans ces touches spéciales. La nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour était un peu aléatoire, quelque chose n'a pas été remplacé ou oublié. Petit déjeuner dans le fondement - encore agréable, quelques touches hongroises à la sélection, Le prix de l'hôtel est très raisonnable. Vous pouvez choisir si vous cherchez un séjour confortable et agréable dans cette ville.

Mozart Hotel is very well located to visit the inner city of Szeged. The quality offered is not four star. Rooms are small, not very well maintained, breakfast is very basic. Even simple things such as non-flavoured yoghurt was not offered. On the photo the text says: “Do not use the hairdryer, it is dangerous.” A hotel kiváló helyen fekszik, a belváros szívében. A hotel nem érdemli meg a négy csillagos minôsítést. A szobák kicsik, nincsenek kiváló állapotban, a reggeli egyszerû. Még olyan egyszerû dolgok sem voltak éppen készleten, mint a natúr joghurt. +: perfectly located in the heart of Szeged; staff is friendly and helpful; rooms size is nice and large, same goes for the bathroom which is very well equiped and with all needed amenities; breakfast is okay, nothing too wow but it does the job; bed and pillow are very nice, and I'm complicated with those! -: no real bad points. Just think the breakfast may be improved. Appart from that, nothing really. Had a pleasant stay in the hotel for our first time. Would recommend as its price/quality ratio is superb.

We stayed for 1 night, very clean hotel room, good location, but the hotel room was 3 times more expensive than normal as there was a sports event in the city. For this price we would have expected there to be working air conditioning in the room, especially since the temperature during the day was around 27 degrees and our room was on the 8th floor with a south facing balcony on a sunny day. When we phoned up reception to say the air conditioning is not working and it was 25 degrees in our room at night we were told that someone would be out in the morning to look at it. We then had to remind the person that we are only staying for 1 night so it's not much help to us if someone comes out in the morning. They just repeated that someone will be out in the morning and we weren't offered any other solutions like moving rooms or bringing a fan up to our room. We were staying with our 9 month old baby who was not used to the heat and was up all night. When we complained about this again at check out we were told that the heating is centralised and that they were turning the air conditioning on the day we were checking out. For the price we paid I think it was unacceptable that they didn't have air conditioning or didn't organise the air conditioning to be switched on when the it was that warm outside, or offer any alternative solutions to make our stay more comfortable especially when travelling with a baby.

Das Hotel ist ideal geeignet für einen Wochenendtrip nach Szeged. Es liegt einfach perfekt im Zentrum der Stadt. Es ist alles, was man für Wochenende benötigt in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Sicher, dass Hotel ist angekommen, aber das macht auch ein ganz besonderen Flair aus. Wir mögen es und sind bereits das zweite Mal hier zu Gast gewesen?
