Heaven Hotel

I have traveled around the world and stayed in several five star hotels… I rarely give any hotel a 5 stars because I always think there is room for improvement. Allow me to give Heaven a 5 stars, not because of the facilities … but because of the attitude of staff, the manager and the owner, Mr. Chartouni. We came to this hotel in times of war, where expectations would normally hit rock bottom… we were greeted warmly, reception staff were beyond helpful to give us an early check-in. The hotel is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Room size is very good with all amenities. The beds are very comfortable and all requests are answered swiftly. Whats special about this hotel is that all staff are keen to help, supervised by a star lady “Najah” they can turn around the room with an eye to detailed cleanliness. The hotel gives access to their attached annex with bigger pool… but we voted to stay here. Room service was beyond expectations, we did not wait more that five minutes for anything we requested. They even remodeled our room to give us best space for us to stay and for my daughter to do her online classes. Its half way between Beirut and the South attractions, Jbeil, Batroun… ideal for families and couples looking to see the most of Lebanon during their stay. I would highly recommend this hotel … the staff are trained to listen and help and it makes all the difference.
