Extremely overpriced for what it actually offers. The property is a standard residential unit with no hotel-style services. The photos are inaccurate, showing a bedroom that doesn't belong to this unit. We had to supply our own towels, drinking water, toothbrushes, and shampoo. The Wi-Fi was nearly unusable. Communication with the agent was minimal and confusing—she told us to go to Tower 2, though our booking was for Tower 1. The view was lovely, but that's the only highlight. I would not recommend this place at this price point.

Terrible Experience - Completely Misleading and Unprofessional Our experience at JT Tagaytay Suites was nothing short of a nightmare. This property should not even be listed on this platform. From the start, there was zero communication. None of the contact numbers worked, and all attempts to reach the caretaker or owner through the Trip app were ignored. When we arrived, we weren’t even assigned a unit beforehand. It felt like we were judged based on our payment, and were then handed a completely different unit than what was advertised. The conditions were unacceptable: The bathroom was filthy, with dirt and mold in plain sight. The toilet barely functioned, and there was no hot water. Wi-Fi was non-existent — the modem was nothing but a prop. TV remotes barely worked; no standard channels were available. The provided hot plate was broken. The sleeping situation was appalling. The extra bed promised for our daughter was nothing more than a foldable table without any sheets, pillows, or usable space. The main bed offered one thin blanket for my husband, daughter, and myself to share. Parking was also misrepresented, with the unit located much farther from the parking area than described. This stay was completely unacceptable due to gross mismanagement, false advertising, and total disregard for basic hospitality. JT Tagaytay Suites completely ruined our trip, and I strongly warn others to avoid this property at all costs.

Worst accomodation I booked thru trip, I wouldn't recommend it at all. When first entered the room it smells really old, the care taker or the owner doesn't even take time to clean up or make the room pleasant to stay. My wife and child cannot sleep due to unpleasant smell of pillows. Bathroom is dirty, there are even hair leftover and dirty water left in the pail. No tissues for hygiene etc. curtains have molds owner didn't even bother changing. we booked this room for comfort and convenience, but in actual you can't even rest/sleep properly due to bad smell. Due to this we booked another hotel for the next day and waste our payment for our sunday stay, they don't even want to cancel the booking even these problems are raised to the caketaker/owner. Please if you value your stay in tagaytay don't book this hotel. Waste of money

There is no WiFi. Was informed that they'll come back to at least provide us prepaid. After 5 hours, we called them and was informed that they can't help and dealing with emergency. Remote is not working too. Horrible customer service.
