Location is good, service from crew is good as well. The only bad point is, the hotel breakfast is too boring. 5 days there I feel like eating same thing over and over again.

Good location, next to a supermarket, and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and malls. The room was pleasant but a bit dated. The crew was friendly and considerate. There is room for improvement but overall it's a good experience.

The hotel has a good location for nearby restaurants and spa. Have no problem with the staff and the price is good as well. Had an upgraded room too.

Convenient location to stay. Buffet food spread is limited but service is good. Hotel room is spacious and amenities are limited. Check in the room with faulty main light and tv remote control not working. Didn't have the time to informed front desk as my itinerary is packed.

2nd time staying at F1 Hotel and like before the staff were friendly and helpful. We even got a free upgrade during our stay! Definitely our go to hotel in BGC.

The location is so convenient. The staff are accommodating, the room is clean and spacious and the swimming pool is clean.

I booked another room for my teammate/friend and they also had a great time. She brought her kids and they enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. F1 hotel, as always, never disappoints.

I've had an amazing stay here, the service was good and room is clean, their staff are friendly and the location is in the heart of BGC so their's plenty of places to go, the only thing that felt short was their breakfast buffet, however I still enjoyed my stay

I've been in this hotel for the second time and it's really a great place especially if you would just like to relax with your family while in the metro! The room is excellent and exactly as it is described upon booking. We will definitely come back!

If you can avoid this hotel, do so. The toilet smells so badly. I think the smell are from the sewer pipes that are leaking. No amount of cleaning or “air freshener” can neutralise the bad odours.
Good location.
Very good service from staff.

Had a great stay - the room was great. The room probably wasn’t used often because some of the lights didn’t work when I first got in, but the staff managed to fix it. Beddings were okay - pillows could use an upgrade as they become really flat after some time. But overall, good accommodations for the price.
