« En fait, c'est mieux que la moyenne. sauf pour 2 choses, on est trop de petits petits cochons dans la chambre, j'ai tué au moins 6 dans 3 nuits. Un autre est qu'ils n'ont pas de lave-linge. le reste est ok, Je reviens, mais j'espère que les avertissements seront tués avant cela. »

« The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. « PROS: Nice location, great set of amenities, responsive host. Room is clean and well stocked (shampoo, body wash, etc). Nice view. AC is fucntioning well. Electronic door lock.
CONS: [1] No washing machine (not recommended for longer stays). Laundromat downstairs is slow as hell (will take 3 days just for a kilo of laundry. [2] living room Tv is not working, no TV on the bedrooms. [3] not the fault of the owner but the condo building itself is in bad condition, dark hallways, slow elevators and moldy damp parking floors (smells foul). [4] No electric socket for induction cooker and other appliances.
SUGGESTIONS: [1] please add washing machine as an amenity for longer term stays. [2] provide extension cord/outlet in the kitchen area for guest to use the provided appliances. [3] replace the bright roll-up curtains to blackout curtains to block sunlight, particularly helpful for late day sleepers. »

Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore the area and access key destinations.
**Staff:**
The staff at Grand Hyatt Manila are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From check-in to dining and concierge services, the team is professional, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall guest experience.
**Check-Out Process:**
One area that could be improved is the check-out process. During my stay, it took around 40 minutes to complete, which felt unnecessarily long. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to wrap up a trip efficiently. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience.
**Overall:**
Grand Hyatt Manila offers a luxurious stay with a fantastic location and outstanding service from the staff. However, the lengthy check-out process is a notable drawback. If this aspect is addressed, the hotel would be nearly perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

IInvitéService - minus 1 star as check in wasnt as breezy as one would hope. Went to the lobby - it’s your usual 3-4 star lobby. But our contact was at the lobby extension. Apparently, the main lobby was for permanent residents - transients have a different reception area on the other side of the driveway. It was a square and sparse airconditioned room with 2 or 3 3-seater sofas, a desk for the person in charge and 2 seats for the first in line. It felt more like a triage room than a reception area. Check in is at 3pm and there was a queue (aside from those seated, 5 or more were standing in line). The afternoon sun was shining through the glass doors - be ready to wear sunglasses indoors during the wait if youre worried about uv rays. We were there a qtr past and were next in line. Apparently the ones before us had issues with their reservation since the owner of their unit never relayed their booking info to the bldg mgt. Ours was prepared though - they had a representative who reached out to us during the morning of check in. Basically the rep dealt with the bldg mgt’s person in charge - we just had to show our IDs and wait.
Location is great - lots of food options just a block away in any direction.
Room Amenities - pretty standard: absolute water (4 small bottles), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap, cotton pads & q tips. Their bath towels were super fluffy though
Cleanliness - pretty standard.

LLalaviJ'y suis resté un moment comme étape pour la nuit. Quand je me réveille le matin, SM AURA est juste en face de moi, donc ce serait bien d'aller faire du shopping. La distance de l'aéroport est d'un peu plus de 11 kilomètres. L'hôtel est neuf et propre, mais ça sent parce qu'il vient d'être construit. Ma fille souffre de rhinite allergique et elle dit avoir du mal à respirer lorsqu'elle entre dans la pièce. Le personnel était sympathique et c'était pratique d'avoir SEVEN 11 à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

-one of the elevators was jumpy, going up
-housekeeping didn't replace towels after room cleaning
-found sticker still stuck on the orange slice in my cocktail at the ground floor restaurant
In short it's not worthy of the value you paid. Fake 4 stars hotel

MMik99The location is very central in Uptown and right next to the block of Uptown mall. There is an underpass which makes it easy and cool to get to the mall. It is already very near Mitsukoshi and right across Grand Hyatt.
The staff are helpful although we had some hiccups about some appliance/things around the house that initially weren’t working. The househelp eventually came over but on our last full day. I still appreciate though all the help and dont mind going back. They have towels and house slippers so it’s very convenient to check in there and the price is fantastic for the length of stay, the location and space.

UUtilisateur anonymeAnywhere you go on the Philippines expect to get great service. This place was no exception. From the moment our Grab car parked, an attendant came and took our bags right away. They always have someone opening the door for you and greeting you. Check in is on the 5th floor and not on the bottom floor with which we are used to. The room was clean but you can tell it needs an update. Some floor tiles in the bathroom had chips and the toilet seat was wobbly. We ordered room service our last night so we could pack and the food was amazing for the price point. I would definitely stay here again because it is so close to shops and restaurants and again the service is wonderful!

IInvitéThe good: once I had the right room, it was great. Great location with a connection to the mall. Great view on a high floor.
The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact trip.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time.
I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. I guests Goodluck to the next guests.

BBM LaguerderValue for money hotel, ideal for a quick overnight at BGC. Don’t expect much for amenitiies as this hotel is not for that purpose. Location is great, rooms not small, not big but with a well thought layout for a decent place to sleep and wash.
